Thieves around. Left our beach equipment on the jetty. Stolen! Not safe here, especially for children

Multiple complaints regarding issues at property E16 The Warren Abersoch.
Had a handyman who solved little whilst there as apparently waiting for close season for repairs.
Then a charge on my account after we'd been home 3 days from a company called Holiday Payments for £300.
Absolutely no damage caused whilst there and place wasn't 100% cleaned on arrival.
Barbecue needed full clean down, oven needed clean and trays reset just for starters. And decking needed replacing, weeds obstructing steps, brambles protruding through fences and beach steps among other things.
For £4500 per week we expected a lot better.

Thankfully the £300 was refunded so updated rating to 4 star as money should not have been taken in the first place.

A lovely cottage and a lovely holiday! We stayed for a week in October in a lovely wee cottage close to Abersoch. The cottage was immaculate on entering. We really rated not having someone come in and check on us. Great recommendations for places to visit and eat and drink were left for us. Great communications from the booking website. Would visit again.

Ty Nant is a beautiful house , spacious , spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Decorated to a high standard . Very private , beautiful views from the balconys and a stream at the end of the garden . Surrounding area is great for walks and lots of places to visit . Abersoch has a beautiful beach and some lovely shops and restaurants

The property was immaculate. Short walk from a beautiful beach. Could not fault anything. The bed and furniture was so comfortable. The property was spotless.

Beautiful well equipped quiet cottage in picturesque surroundings. Peaceful location to get away from the normal traumas of day-to-day life. Perfect, loved every minute.

Property and location was great.
Constantly told I could not get in until after 17:00 was oppressive communication, and 17:00 is far too late to settle in and have an evening, so total loss of day.
We had to be out by 9am on last day, to do this meant getting up very early to have breakfast, wash, final packing, loading car, final check of house etc. So we left the night before without the pressure, so a total loss of 1 days holiday. Never again at this property.
Abersoch holidays took over 2 weeks to return my deposit, that was with chasing them, totally unacceptable, will not use them again.

Great holiday accomodation booked with this local company. A simple website to use and very informative of what kind of holiday home you are booking. I would recommend to anyone hoping for a vacation in the area.

Brilliant communication from AHH from booking to departing. Genuinely so much information provided I didn’t need to contact them for anything further. Also on the week before the holiday received several reminders for directions to the property along with key code and time reminders.

Loved the property and the location; would definitely go back. Really well equipped bungalow. A working washing machine and some plastic bowls/cups/plates for children would have made it a five out of five.

Easy to navigate website simple booking process, kept updated throughout, would recommend to family and friends. Have used a number of times and had no issues.

Broken equipment - broom, rack, brush and kitchen utensils not appropriate or broken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at W29 Aberafon! Lovely location, quiet site and beautiful views, the direct access to the beach from the site was a real plus!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ty Nant! The house itself is beautiful, all feels very new, very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. The location is actually perfect [once you get used to driving the narrow roads around!], it's stunningly beautiful all around with rolling hills and mountain views. And you're 15-20 mins drive max from literally any beach on the LLyn peninsula, north, south or west. We will definitely be back.
