AB Fishing Tackle 

This is only my second visit to AB and my order was fulfilled within 48hrs. I am now considering spending some serious money with them after Christmas.

Being new to sea fishing, I wanted advice and looking for some resonable priced equipment. The patience in answering my questions was fantastic. I was so impressed I placed an order there and then.

The items I purchased when they said they would.

I have no hestitation in making a top rated recommendation.

Order delivered,early next morning. Unfortunately 2 errors, sent 3 oz weight instead of 4oz also sent 30lb crystal line instead of fluo yellow. Very happy otherwise,and have already, placed another order.

Clear and user-friendly website and speedy dispatch of goods.
The staff were able to give me some comparison advice about other equipment on the site.
I had occasion to call after I received my kit to check a technical detail, the call was answered by "people" with the minimum of delay.
A good on-line shopping experience.

Generally good all round but I have 2 slightly negative comments. First, the rod advertised was not in stock and I was given the choice of waiting for a new delivery or taking a different rod. Great communication but surely in the electronic era it would be better to show that the item was out of stock on the screen. The second comment relates to the crazy amount of packaging that was used. Of course a rod needs protection in transit but the size and gauge of the cardboard tube used was excessive. I can only guess at the cost of the tube but would imagine that it consumed most, if not all, of the gross margin generated by a cheap rod sale. On top of the economic consequences it is not easy to see an environmental justification.

I rang them, I got some good advice about products and availability, I then placed an online order, I had a confirmation phone call within minutes to confirm an item and I had delivery the next day. Quality goods, excellent service and fantastic customer service. 100% all the way

Absolutely brilliant customer service and have used a couple of times. Will definately use again. Very friendly and helpful.

My order was delivered the next day and as they was out of stock of the packets of 12 hooks I wanted, they sent me a packet of 25 hooks at no extra charge. First class service and will certainly use them again.

First time I've used AB, only required a couple of spools of line so went for standard delivery, my order arrived next day complete with free gift.

They emailed confirmation of dispatch and the site was easy to navigate and had all the right options, like different delivery address.

The tackle box (seat) was something I had never considered, and was pleasantly surprised after receiving it as a gift from my son, and having to walk some three miles to a venue, to be able to sit down and relax.
The box was easy to assemble, but three screws needed to fix the legs and four hex nuts were missing. A call to the company
resolved this omission; within 48 hours the missing parts were received and the box ready for use. The fact that it has an extending handle and on wheels, made angling that much more pleasant..

Placed an order on a friday, shortly after received a clarification call on an item out of stock, replaced it with another item, goods
arrived, well packaged, on the monday.

I only ordered at 3pm and the goods were with me the next morning

Just recieved a Daiwa 7ht supertuned mag as a birthday gift (lucky guy!) but realised i didn't have enough 15lb line to fill it! Like any kid with a new toy i wanted to get on the beach at once to give it a blast, our local tackle shop, unfortunatly does not stock the ultima bulk spools, they quoted me 7 days min to get a spool for me, not good enough. This is where AB Tackle came into play, i had my line 2 days after ordering, excellent service folks, will no doubt be ordering from you again.

The Beach rod I had ordered was out of stock, I was phoned and offered an alternative, it's service like this that keeps you coming back, well done AB fishing tackle !
