Just had a great experience at Ablefit Tyres in Longwell Green - Bristol.
Was in and out within the hour even after a bank holiday weekend so I wasn’t the first in line this morning. Riley found the problem with my tyre and fixed it with a great explanation of what he’d done. He was very polite and friendly, and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. Would recommend.
Had 4 tyres fitted,, few months down the line noticed one nut wasn't tightened correctly,, On further inspection Bolt cross threaded, Had the lug and nut replaced only to find la 2nd nut cross threaded and snapped upon removal
I've used Ablefit at Longwell Green for several years.
I have always found them friendly, helpful and efficient whilst being competitive in their pricing.
On this last occasion involving with a small repair to a tyre, they didn't even c harge me!
Had an issue with my 2011 vw fox exhausted
I rang around a few places
The only guys that gave me a solid answer was Ablefit long wellgreen
I asked how much
He said up front, no way can we quote over the phone
…bring it in..free of charge …and let’s see what we are looking at.
Now..I like that approach .
So I drive over to Ablefit and park in their v busy parking lot
I smiled when I saw a group of young lads helping a lady who had an expensive car, and no doubt tyres.
She was a good looking lady. And the young lads where happy
Ha ha those where’s the days
Anyway I digress
The service was spot on
They looked
They offered advise ..no pressure to take them up.
I asked when they said firstly let’s see if I can get the parts for you
They rang there and then and put a price forward.
I asked when can this be made to happen
In two hours tops they said.
So I agreed
The price was fair
The assessment was fair
There attitude and group activities where spot on
It was a hive of busyness……
I went for a walk and they phoned when it was ready
It’s been a long time e since I’ve seen team work like that
The lads are on it !!!!
