SCAMMERS!! Stay away. Paid for two contract terminations and they did not do anything, zero customer service afterwards. No replies. Safe your money an do the termination yourself

I was just trying to cancel my Schufa report subscription and was searching for Schufa website to cancel it but cunningly Aboalarm put their link above Schufa website and mistakenly I cancel my subscription through their link and soon after I received 9.49 euro bill on my email address. Then I tried to reach this company to show that this is very simple process and I can do my self just visiting Schufa website. But they don't have any email address or phone number at their website because they have designed this website only to deceive people. As I filled a form on their website to tell that please don't do anything on your part and cancel my request to you. But hurriedly, they emailed me that they had sent my cancellation through registered mail. What a way to rob people by spreading net. Anyway I will be cautious in future from them and advise other people to be aware about them.

Aboalarm is largely meant for people who are new to German services and not comfortable with the language. Agree? If you know German and can deal with providers yourself, you probably won't use their service.

My experience with Aboalarm was disappointing—not once, but twice. For example, I used their premium service (around €9) to close my Commerzbank account. They promised to send a registered letter (Einschreibebrief), but the bank ignored it and kept the account open for more than six months.

When I contacted Aboalarm, their response was irresponsible: “We sent the letter; you need to follow up with the bank.” If I had to follow up myself, I wouldn’t have paid them in the first place.

Aboalarm failed to deliver on their promise, and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.

I always had a good experience using "aboalarm". Most resignation letters are ready as a template and you just have to include some information out of the initial contract, i.e., Sky, asf..

They sent invoices to my 13 year old son!!! For what??? They are threatening to sue a 13-year-old child for a click that he has no responsibility or signature. In conclusion,we will sue them.

aboalarm SCAM! They ask money for nothing. The customer service does not respond to any complains, instead they charge late fees. aboalarm.de website is misleading, they copied the financial institution sandander.de website elements like ui and design elements, code and partly visual trademarks. I will not pay aboalarm horrible high invoice them, but aboalarm scammer will be reported to the Polizei because of Aboalarm's deceptive market practices and against aboalarm scam, aboalarm illegal financial demands.

The company asked me to pay something for the service that I even didn't use... the company's is just scam!!! Just take care when you see the name of AboAlarm and run away!

I have never had to pay to end a Membership. This must be some type of scam! Want to Report this to the Police.

Overpriced. If probelms occur they dont help. Servicd is not worth more than 1 euro.

aboalarm is the best service for cancelling any contract. Just search your provider on aboalarm.de and send your cancellation letter within two minutes. It's that easy.

I had a problem with payment, sent to their support team an email, they answered me after weeks but they helped me and solved the problem.
