Great service, fast shipping

I placed an order with About You (Order AYHR-637-359864388) which was officially marked as delivered, but I never received the package. I was home the entire day with my newborn and no courier contacted me, rang the doorbell, or left the package with a neighbor.
The delivery confirmation shows a signature that is not mine. I contacted the courier, who confirmed that the sender (About You) is responsible for investigating delivery issues and that I cannot access the proof myself.
Despite multiple emails, providing all necessary details and consulting with my lawyer, customer service (agent Amina) is not assisting me, instead instructing me to contact the postal service, which are not helping me.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I lost about 200 euros and time. I cannot recommend relying on About You for reliable delivery or customer service in case of issues.

I bought two jeans and returned them in their original packaging within the complaint period as requested by About you. After arguing with them 3 times by phone (two weeks!!!) for someone to pick up the goods, the goods were finally picked up at my home address. About you offers the option of picking up at my home address, which I wanted to use.
In a short time, I was refunded only for one pair of jeans. After that, I argued with About you to get my money back for the others. Despite numerous half-information (5 times by phone), I have not been able to get ANYTHING until today. So, avoid About you because they do not follow their rules and so I was left without one jeans and without money.
Today I am writing a complaint through State consumer protection.

very well advertised goods, sizes well described, easy ordering and return of goods

I returned my order according to the instructions, the parcel was delivered, and the money was taken from my account — but I never received my refund.

Customer service keeps giving generic responses, shifting responsibility and asking me to provide proof instead of resolving the issue themselves. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional.

Be very careful when returning items to About You. Based on my experience, refunds are not guaranteed.

I am very satisfied with the service. Everything I ordered arrived correctly. I had a return which was also done without any problems. The money was in my account a few days after the return.

Easy way to shoping, great cupons and offers.

Black Friday up to 70% discount and prices are higher than in last 30 days. 15th Nov contacted support that replied instantly claiming that discount starts on 17th Nov. But on the website says it is up to 16th till 23:59

Have proof of both claims.

Replied within minute to their reply, which is it till or from 17th, nothing, no reply. And offcourse tomorrow is 17th.

No matter what is case, claiming discounts and gave none is like scamming.

Edit: to about you that replied to this, shame on you, you didnt reply to my email but you did here? Wow.

Wrong grammar, "biće"???

I ordered a product on line, never received an item, and more than two weeks have passed and they did not return my money. Technically speaking a fraud.

Two successive order put together in one parcel which was very practical.

Don't buy, these are thieves. Be careful, the site has had a big bug for more than three months that they can’t fix, when you buy a product it happens that they take money from your account, and the order is not visible at all. It turns out that you didn't buy anything, and your money was taken away. After that, the thieves don't return the money for more than 40 days and behave terribly arrogantly. Refunding the money usually takes a day or two, and even if they answer you, they write insulting, humiliating answers that have nothing to do with anything.
It is completely incomprehensible that you have been waiting for more than 40 days for someone to return your money. Avoid if you can, buy anywhere except on About you. This company should be shut down immediately, no one does business like this today.
EDITED: I sent on the day it happend bank screenshot statement, and they have all the neccessary information from the start. They simply refuse to give you money back without any reasonable explanation.
EDITED2X: I sent yesterday again bank statement screenshot, I didn’t even get an answer. They are liars and thiefs and extremly arrogant and incompetent. AVOID!

I ordered a product that never arrived and I only received a refund a month later after calls and emails.

Size good fit, great Price, great product

The service is good and the quality of the items is mostly satisfactory. The special prices are mostly just advertisements and do not comply with the announcement. The contracted delivery person does not deliver packages to the home address.
You have a simple way to return.
Regardless of all the above, I am satisfied and would recommend you to my friends.

We have ordered the wrong shoe number. The procedure to return the product was very simple. Order already came with return label and procedure via website tool only few minutes. Everything went so smoothly. Very professional.
Product wise, what we’ve ordered is exactly what we wanted.
