Fast, accurate, safe

Extremely bad, unprofessional, incapable of solving the problem. Well, twice in a row they sent me shoes with the wrong size, they don't admit their mistake and assure me that size no. 38 is the same as UK8B even though we all know that UK8 is the same as EU 41 and not EU38. They only refund the money on the last day or even later, very unkind, unprofessional, the customer support doesn't even know Croatian, all in all I don't recommend this, they cheat, lie, deceive, don't admit their mistakes, want to scam you with something you didn't order, etc. Don't buy anything from them here.

All I Ever ordered came very fast and great quality.

Very bad experience because of Croatian post. They lost my expensive package. Or stole it. I never got it. Hope that about you will refund.

Great deals, super quick delivery and quick returns.

Ordered shoes (125 eur) Got used pair and damaged and after reclamation (minute after I've got package) got told sorry, to send them back and that can take 6 weeks to get money back after reclamation. Apparently they need special team to figure out is it possible to what, make them used in like 53 second ? They offered 10% cuopun to buy them again if they get back in stock, they would probably send again same pair after my return. What a joke. This company going downhill and turning to secondhand shop for quite some time so not recommend buying anything from them.

Forgot to mention they didn't send shoes in the orginal packaging, no tags, anything and no protection at all. They just put 2 evidently worn shoes in the plain cardboard box ( even that box was damaged) To bad I can't upload a photo for people to see how I received pair of not cheap at contrary quite expensive shoes.
Worst experience ever

To respond on AY reply: i did contact your customer service, the package was supposed to be picked up today, no one called and I have no notification about it. The email was ignored. So please don't embarrass yourself further with these fakes, we are sorry because if you cared about your customers,the shoes you sent me would certainly not have been sent nor I would be ignored after getting them.
