If I could give 0 I would! I placed an order and never recieved it, after 10 days I'm writing to customer service and they casuali say parcel is on the way back to them. After I point out that delivery service didn't even tried to contact me, they say delivery service was busy therefor they didn't dropp it of at my place and that About You won't send me package again. I'm complaining of their level of service, and they are saying to place an order again. On my way to do that I'm noticing prices are doubled from original prices. Writting them again that was not so nice of them. They are finally giving me vaucher - which is *NOT WORKING*! Their eplanation is that you cannot use it while promotions are on. I lost so much time on them to not have situation resolved. I'm nevere, ever again shopping at this online store. I would recommend to *AVOID AT ANY COST*!

Placed the order 30/01, one month later the order hasnt arrived
After i placed the order, and the expected delivery date has passed, i was given a generic aswer that my parcel is on its way and they are experiencing a huge amount of orders.. ONE MONTH later, after I contacted them again, they never opened an investigation to provide me an answer with whats happened, i was just given the otpion to get my money back. If you check the reviews, you can see it is happening all the time, the company is a scam

Of course I understand you just want to receive the items you've ordered, but unfortunately things like this sometimes happen. Obviously we try our best to prevent these mistakes!

This Saturday after returning an order…
This Saturday after returning an order from Bulgaria to Germany (I guess), my wife have put her wallet with all her identification cards and debit cards in the package by mistake and have been trying for third day to get any answer from about you's office or logistic base where all orders are received. I have received an email that my order has been received but no answer on the wallet topic. The wallet is brown/black with zipper and have my id cards with my name on it. Please help us find it and send it back. Already put a couple request and have received no answers. Track number: aybg-642-262482568.

Available itens that never get delivered
I made an order for a sweatshirt that I was looking for. On the product page it showed 3 itens available, when I proceed to the cart I get a message saying something like "Your item is not reserved until you proceed with the payment", I immediately paid and waited for my order to arrive. After 3/4 weeks, I contact support, and they tell me that the item will probably never be delivered because it is out of stock. After 1 week I go on the product page again and there is 1 item available again. I contacted support again via call and they tell me they cannot send me the sweatshirt but they will proceed with the refund (against my will).

Keeps on sending the wrong size…
Keeps on sending the wrong size (sending slim fit and xtra slim fit instead of regular fit). When you order another one from them, the keep on making the mistake. When you call them they cant do danish properly, so hard to understand. And their response was just "oh okay we dont understand that". That is just sad! Bad customer service experience.

My personal opinion-avoid this company. Order is not being sent for 12 days. When I contacted support- all I got was complete ignorance and no questions I had were answered.It feels like company lacks funds and just makes discounts to make you buy so that they collect the money they need. They only send automated emails that order will be delayed because they have a lot of orders now, but having a lot of orders it’s a problem of the company that has to be solved and shouldn’t be put as an argument to the customer. My advise - do not use this company if you can, unless you want to have continuous problems.

I consider this a form of stealing
This was the last time I have ever shopped at AboutYou. I gave them simply too many chances over the years, receiving worn items, waiting for weeks to receive refunds, etc.
But this last experience topped it all.
I have returned an order number aynl-545-248067745, and it has been delivered to AboutYou on October 5th (tracking details clearly visible to them). Somehow the refund has not been made. When I contacted their customer team, I was forced to fill extensive documentation to even begin the investigation. I refused to do that because I do not understand why I need to prove that the refund has not been made, when it is clearly visible in their systems and also in my Account section. I have nothing to prove. So they are basically illegally withholding my funds and refusing to pay it back. Out of principle I will not fill in unnecessary documentation to prove something that is EVIDENT. And I have never in my life been asked anything like that from other respectable e-shops as they take full responsibility for their mistakes.
So I consider this a form of stealing. God knows how many more people are not getting their refunds and not checking their bank accounts. I am DONE with this company for good. Shameful.

Horrible marketplace. Every single order is "delayed due to too busy in the warehouse" and takes 2 weeks to be shipped.
Be sure to only order from partner sellers here, as About You never delivers in a timely manner, only their partner sellers on the platform do.

The last order was made on 17th september 2023. It got delayed until 3rd october, when they said products are no longer available. In Romania every order takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. Good selection of clothes but the…
Good selection of clothes but the refund process takes ages. My refund was approved on Sept 2 and now the refund is still not yet in my PayPal account today (Sept 26). Most vendors would issue refund within 1-2 weeks after I returned the items (even Shein!). I emailed their CS and they said it could take three weeks. It's ALMOST THREE WEEKS and there is no sign of refund yet! I raised a dispute in PayPal but I got a message from them asking me to contact their CS, which I already did!
A very frustrating experience.

Terrible delivery and customer service
Terrible delivery and customer service. I made an order on 13 of september. After 10 days its is still not shipped and I got an email which said that two of four things that I ordered is canceled. I wrote back asking to cancel my order because it is still not shipped and the answer was that they can not do that and I have to wait 21 days and then if my order is still not shipped I will get my money back.
1. How can a shippment from Europe to another country in Europe take so long? Even shipments from China comes faster now
2. How can you take someones money for 21 days without any guarantee that the goods will be received?
3. How it is not possible to cancel an order which is still in your warehouse for almost two weeks now?
I was very happy when About you came to my country because service was really good. Thank good there is Zalando where prices are better and delivery takes 5 days max, usually I receive my orders even faster. Never again.
