Having been familiar with this company, A Broader View, for over 10 years, I can highly recommend it to anyone interested in overseas volunteer travel. Diverse and interesting programs, inviting host families, great staff. Highly recommend!

The staff of ABV are very friendly and accommodating. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. Communication was extremely clear before and during the trip, and my arrival was coordinated very smoothly with no problems. My host family was so warm and inviting and I really felt like I was at home instead of another country. I will volunteer with ABV again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all potential volunteers!

For well over a year, I researched many profit and non-profit organizations around the world who coordinate global volunteer assignments, and was so happy I selected A Broader View (ABV). It was my first volunteer trip in Ghana, Africa and the ABV staff was so helpful making sure that everything was in order for such a trip. Between my research, interviewing volunteers, and working with ABV, I was so excited and very prepared (mentally and physically) for such a trip. Since the trip was eight months ago, they continue to be very responsive and supportive as I continue to fundraise to support this very special orphanage that they assigned us to. It was a life-changing trip and I plan to work with ABV again to return to Ghana in the upcoming year!

I had best volunteering experience. Though it was my first abroad volunteering but it feels I am into this from long. The broader view crew is very helpful and prompt in answering your questions.

A Broader View was very organized and answered all questions in a prompt matter. They made sure you felt welcomed which was very important to me. My only recommendation would be to inform us ahead of time of our placements and what type of volunteer work would we help with just to be better prepared to assist the communities.
