Great service, Poor Packaging
I have never previously had a problem with Absolute Snow and I would use them again. I have previously ordered Jackets, Goggles, Bindings, and everything other than a Snowboard or Skis from them, I have previously bought thesefrom local ski shops due to packaging concerns.
This year I ordered a new snowboard, not cheap, and expected it to be packaged and shipped with care. When the snowboard arrived it was packaged in a lightweight cardboard container, the dimensions of the snowboard, with no added protection. There is no fragile labeling on the box to inform the delivery agents to take care ie. not put anything heavy on top. I would seriously look at other distributers or use local stores unless Absolute Snow change their packaging policies.

Good delivery timeframes, great friendly communication
I have placed three orders recently and each time delivery has been speedy and communication excellent. I have needed to return a pair of goggles and ski socks that didn't fit, and the Returns process was easy and the return-cost reasonable. I used the Chat help to gain some advice on an alternative pair of goggles to try and was assisted by Ben who was really helpful. My new goggles have arrived and fit well.

Placed order, hours later get told they have no stock. First and last time I use this company. Waiting to see how long it takes to get a refund. Buy Somewhere Else.

Absolute Snow, the Absolute Best.
I just want to say Absolute Snow based in Watford, England are absolutely superb. I've ordered a few things from them over the years and they use DHL couriers to Australia. On all times I'm getting purchases dispatched to our front door in 4 to 6 days. The other day I ordered a pair of high end '24 Volkl Secret 96 170cm (BFS: 36% off RRP, only Store I could find in this size for YOM '24) and a Dakine padded bag (45% off RRP) for my Daughters Xmas. The store pre-drilled the skis for her new Marker 11 Squire bindings we already had. They were dispatched UK Wed arvo on 6th Nov, super quick through customs Sydney with them arriving optional signed delivery early morning on 11th Nov. Mate, that's less than 5 days door to door for a large oversized international delivery UK to regional Australia. Did I forget to mention the delivery was also free. (free delivery over $Au515) as well as all Au GST inclusive and paid for in $Au on their website so no 3rd person exchange rate rip-offs. Their prices are a lot cheaper than what I can grab in Australia on EOS sales. Absolute Snow have brilliant staff and DHL couriers are superb and have the best tracking/notification system. Absolute Snow is absolutely the best.

A misleading company that DONT deliver…
A misleading company that DONT deliver what they promise. Advertising ‘free delivery’ when you spend over £100 but NOT if you live in Scotland or NI. A very deceptive way to do business which they support by stating “all this info is in the FAQ’s” who the heck reads that whilst shopping? There loss.

I returned and item was charged for a return postage in advance and they also deducted postage fee from the refund, postage fee charged through a diffrent account so that dispute would be difficult.
Frankly a scam. Prepare to pay 10% for your return.

Great online shopping experience
Ordered a number of different ski items from Absolute Snow. All goods received are fab quality and arrived in a couple of days. Had emails keeping me up to date with delivery too.

Full refund for faulty product
The product was faulty and they offered a voucher, but the condition got worse later and they still allowed a full refund after I used it for a month.
