Family trip to HCMC in Dec 2024. We have a wonderful and fun journey with Absolute Asia Travel. Everything was great organized and well taken care of and the team is responsive and friendly. Thanks Tuan for an impeccable itinerary of Malaysia including Sarawak and Sabah. We had a great time in Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, penang, Langkawi, Kuching, Mulu, Kota Kinabalu and sandakan, apart from the two stopovers in Singapore which reminds me of the place where Asia meets the West.
We had a packed schedule with 8 internal flights in order to savour the whole peninsula of Malaysia and a taste of the rustic Borneo with its enormous potential.

I don’t know where to start! Absolute Asia Travel have been amazing. We were passed onto them by another tour agency that we had initially approached that didn’t have capacity to deal with us and we are so glad that happened!

Chloe looked after us. We were travelling for our honeymoon for a few months and I messaged Chloe only a week in advance for help with various parts of our itinerary in Vietnam. She picked it up immediately and began suggesting activities/ hotels and places to see which were all fantastic. Through Chloe we booked a two day cruise in the Mekong delta, a day trip to Chu chi tunnels with a guide, a private jeep tour from Hoi to hue on the hai van pass with an amazing seafood lunch, a day tour in hue and two days in the pu luong region trekking and seeing local villages with a guide. Everything was planned with amazing attention to detail and it worked like clockwork. Everyone turned up when they were supposed to, the guides were excellent, all transport was immaculate and safe and everyone that we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and flexible. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour company.

We worked with Chloe to let her know our budget and what kinds of things we like and she completely nailed it. One of the hotels that she found for us in pu luong was one of the best of our entire travels through Asia!

Chloe checked in regularly on WhatsApp and would confirm plans the day before and her assistance was invaluable. We had an issue travelling to Cambodia (nothing to do with Absolute Asia Travel) as we were leaving the country by boat rather than flight and she helped to pull together itineraries and documents with just an hour’s notice to ensure that there would be no issues for us! She also completed my husbands visa for Vietnam and dealt with all of the paperwork and on top of all of that is an absolute pleasure to communicate with!

I cannot recommend this company enough- I will be using them again for any travels through Asia and have already sent their details to several friends looking to travel in the region.

Absolute Asia receives our highest recommendation for planning an excellent personalized trip with a great itinerary, customer service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Mr. Tuan, one of the co-owners and founders, planned a 24 day private tour in Feb and March 2023 throughout Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam for my wife and me. It was truly a trip of a lifetime! What an amazing part of the world to visit! We wanted an overview of Southeast Asia and we definitely got that. The trip planning with Mr. Tuan began roughly 6 months before we traveled. Tuan sent out an initial itinerary and then my wife and I tweaked it over the next couple of weeks until we were satisfied with the plans. We were quoted a price, which was surprisingly reasonable, and Mr. Tuan took care of everything from there--booked all in-country flights (8), hotels (11), guides (7), drivers, tours, etc. We were sent a very detailed multi-page itinerary and knew what to expect each day. Our trip included 3 cooking classes, multiple boat trips (one overnight), bicycle rides, waterfall hikes, several lunches and dinners, temple visits, farm visit, fishing, museums, and more. Mr. Tuan was prompt in answering all of our questions prior to travel and during the trip--he literally answered dozens of emails. One of our flights changed twice before we left and Mr. Tuan promptly notified us. We felt very well prepared prior to leaving and knew what to expect once we arrived. We were greeted at the airport in each new city/region by a guide and driver who took great care of us during our stay and returned us to the airport at the end of our stay. Our guides were all excellent--very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share information with us. We had requested 4 star hotels with breakfast--all were more than adequate and exceeded our expectations. Several were smaller boutique-type hotels which we especially liked. Our last stop was Hanoi which is where Absolute Asia is located. Mr. Tuan arranged to meet us for a drink on our last night there to say "thank you" for traveling with them. It was great to finally meet after communicating with him for so many months. We will be referring all of our friends to Absolute Asia and will certainly use them again when we return. There are so many amazing sights to see and experience in Southeast Asia that you can't do it all in one trip!

We had a 2 week holiday in Vietnam arranged by Tuan. The holiday was originally booked for April 2020 and then Covid hit. Absolute Asia were very good and kept the booking open for us until we were eventually able to travel in October 2022. Tuan at Absolute Asia was very communicate and very helpful in arranging everything. Once we made it to Vietnam everything was amazing! The itinerary was great, the standard of accomodation really good and we had a great guide, Vinh, for our tour of Northern Vietnam

Huyen was extremely helpful. She managed our trip all while Covid-19 tried to disrupt us. She made sure we were safe and well taken care of the entire time.

Brilliant from start to finish. Great planning resulting in an amazing itinerary. Great hotels, polite punctual guides and drivers for which nothing was too much. Stress free travel with 100% enjoyment, loved every minute.

The trip that Huyen designed for us was exactly what we asked for. It was jam packed and we were constantly on the go. We did a 24 day tour of the entire country from the north to the south, starting with the northern mountains and its natural wonders. We then headed to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay overnight on a boat, then an overnight train to Hue, continuing to Hoi An, Dalat, Mekong, and Saigon. Our trip was a mix of different modes of transport and a mix of hotels, homestays, and lodges. Not all of them were amazing (peoples taste may vary), but as a whole the trip was an awesome experience

We had guides and drivers set for us for the entire trip which made things a bit easier. They all helped us communicate and were extremely knowledgeable about their country and the city they were in specifically. Being in a country for that long you start seeing similar things over and over, most of our guides were able to give different perspectives which made it a little more interesting.

My suggestion would be to do your research and know what you want to see and what kind of trip you want to have and let Absolute Asia build it for you. We went back and forth with changes for a month or so and ended with just what we wanted. Its a big country and they know the best way to show it off to you.

Great value - 3 week tour of Vietnam and Thailand. The guides were all very good, accommodating, flexible when we asked for adjustments in the itinerary. The drivers were all very competent, dependable, punctual - we never worried about not making a connection as we traveled by van, airplane, or boat. A truly memorable vacation.

Excellent planning and a very good value! Our 34 day trip went flawlessly. Lots of good suggestions were offered but Absolute Asia always took our input and applied it to the final itinerary. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely use them again if going to the area.

We visited Vietnam in January using Absolute Asia through Evaneos.
From the start we were in touch with Huyen who put a personalised tour together for us within our budget. Very flexible and able to adapt here and there to our personal needs. We had two lovely guides in the North and the South legs of our tour. Exceptionally high quality transport, everything on time, and guides very friendly. We were able to contact Huyen via whatsap with any questions and she would message us too to check how we were doing. We didnt have any problems but if we had, Im confident they would have been able to deal with most things!! Thank you so much. Use this company, you will have a great experience of Vietnam. Excellent company. They organised our first 10 days in northern Vietnam.
They listened to our requests managed to fit in everything we asked for, with some great suggestions and recommendations.
We had the same driver and guide got most of our trip and they were great fun and very helpful.

My husband and I used Absolute Asia Travel to book a two-week trip to central and northern Vietnam and to the Luang Prabang region of Laos. Huyen, the agent from Absolute Asia Travel, was very patient and considerate as she worked with us to design a custom trip meeting our interests and requirements. The resulting trip was perfect in every way. The hotels and restaurants included in our itinerary were all great, and the villages, wats, and other sights as arranged by them were just what we wanted. The three guides in the three areas of our trip all spoke good English and were very knowledgeable, sharing information, not only about the sights we visited, but also about daily life and culture in their regions. Meeting them and Huyen were real highlights of our trip. We highly recommend Absolute Asia Travel to anyone.

Visited Hanoi, Sapa region, boat on Lan Ha Bay, Hoi An and Phu Quoc. Great arranged activities, local guides and logistics and timing of all 21 pick-up of transportations.
Well selected hotels with excellent service and locations. When we wanted a change in our next day activity this was managed perfectly, also helped us manage a double charge of our credit card.
During our stay in Vietnam they responded on phone and mail with excellent response time. It saved us alot of time and effort to have Absolute Asia Travel manage our trip, we will do it again.

Absolute Asia organised a 2 week tour for us from the north to south of Vietnam. All went very smoothly. They were very helpful in organising the itinerary and all the arrangements worked perfectly. The office was very responsive and the guides were adequately knowledgeable and friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable and stressfree trip.

We enjoyed our trip to Vietnam. It’s a beautiful country which offers a lot of diversity and a lot of good food! Our journey was organized by Huyen of Absolute Asia Travel. As a local expert, we had full confidence in her expertise. She gave us the freedom to change our plans frequently and we booked some of our hotels by ourselves. Communication went very good and she contacted us personally during our stay. She informed us in advance about the delay of our domestic flight from Hanoi to Hue. The drivers were very proficient. They took us safely through the hectic traffic, were always on time and their car was comfortable and clean. The guides spoke fluently English, they were helpful and enthousiastic.
