Absolute Collagen Reviews 

I was hoping for thicker hair and stronger nails. Sadly I haven't found this but my skin is lovely!

The shampoo and conditioner works really well, noticed a difference immediately.

The liquid collection is great, taste is nice. Face creams are fantastic, i use the serum, eye cream and face cream, and night cream , really noticeable difference in my skin . Neck and dec cream i have not felt/seen much difference, but only been using for 4 weeks so hopefully more results to follow.

There’s seems to be a lot more collagen supplements available at the moment.The cost of Absolute collagen has increased (same as everything) So why should I continue to used your products. Don’t seem to appreciate long term customers

Fantastic product. I enjoy it every morning in my decaf oat milk latte. It’s been 4 weeks and I can see an improvement in my skin elasticity

Was planning to leave 5 star review for this product but then i wanted to cancel one of my subscriptions and it was an absolute mission and the most challenging cancellation system to navigate (it is still not cancelled). BEWARE - unlike other subscription companies they give no notice of when your next subscription is due until they have taken payment. If you want to cancel you can’t do this online (despite there being a button on the shop for this feature) you then have to call during restricted opening hours in a queue where no one answers or email hour cancellation request to which you receive an AI generated response saying someone will consider your request to which there has been no response. I am now having to go through the complicated process of getting my bank to block future payments. Bizarre business model as I only wanted to cancel one item and retain the rest of the order but now I will be blocking all future payments. I would urge the owners to reconsider this model and adopt the model most reputable subscription services use of allowing online cancellations instantly and providing a few days notice of the next subscription. You’ve just lost a customer.

Going on holiday and needed to skip my order for a few weeks.
My request was dealt with straight away with kindness and politeness .

Bought the original collagen powder, tried it in tea and yoghurt and it tastes disgusting. I have spent £45 and can’t use the product, no idea how they get such good reviews. I did get some free gifts but they spell awful so can’t use those either, complete waste of money.
Thankfully I have been able to call and cancel my subscription but would definitely not recommend this product

I have been taking absolute collagen for a period of time now and I do like the product. However, I do feel like the price should be a monthly subscription instead on 28 days… as some months you’re paying double, over £100. There are other more cost effective products I am going to try which have reviews for being just as good as Absolute Collagen.

I’m struggling financially at the moment and would have to cancel my subscription. But absolute collagen have helped me to work out a way so that I can continue. So thank you.

Update: after the whole thing finally got cancelled:

Apologies for perhaps sounding harsh and 'screaming' in my email and truspilot review, but your cancellation policy  is simply out of order. 1. You do not allow people to stop / cancel the subscription and FORCe them to call you instead. We do not have time for this + some of us, myself included, are autistic and find phone calls much more stressful than emails. 2. When I did email you, instead of - once again accepting my decision - you then asked me WHY I wanted to cancel.Imagine you being asked for sex by a man.. imagine him not accepting your no and then asking you WHY you don't want to have sex with them.. this is the kind of abuse you put your customers through...
3. when I did explain why and once AGAIN asked you to cancel, instead of 'yes thank you, we will cancel; I got told 'someone will be in touch' WHY? again come back to the situation from point 2, imagine saying for the 3rd time NO and then instead of being respected and having a confirmation of your decision, you get told 'someone will be in touch'
How many times does one have to repeat a NO to get a no? and you only did cancel it once I posted a negative review on truspilot..
This  is simply out of order. It is 2026, and not 1956, your customers deserve a. bit more respect than that..

absolute nightmare when you try to cancel the subscription

1. they do not allow you to do it online
2. when you email them they email back saying but WHY? - I want to cancel, respect that, stop asking!
3. When you email again explaining they say instead" ok thanks a member of customer team will contact you"!- no !! I said STOP! how much more abusive can you be!?!! No means NO, and stop the subscription means stop! no more contact or emails, disgusting business practice to hassle your customers till they give in - STOP!!

Customer service is good, love the easy sachets, especially the raspberry flavour and the free tester facial products are very much appreciated.

A great project to take, arrives on time but a little expensive for me at the moment but again a great product to take and taste amazing to ❤️

Have only been using the powder 1 month but already my skin feels smoother and looks brighter . Excited to see what the results will be after 12 weeks . Got complementary shampoo conditioner and face cream for signing up to subscription they are really good aswell . I’ve used other collagen powders before and didn’t really notice much difference but will definitely continue with this one . I put mine in my morning coffee can hardly taste it and mixes so easily no lumps .
