Bought my daughter a 16” Revi and my son a RFN 400 electric bike, the customer service i received from the moment i walked through the door was amazing, as a woman not having a clue what I was looking for all the team were extremely helpful, and weren’t pushy, which I liked.
I would highly recommend Absolute MX Crosshands.
I will be down next week for kit and gloves for them both. Thank you again.

Just got my raptor 700r of absolute so pleased with it, looks out the box brand new delivery was bang on high recommend nothing but professional

STAY CLEAR!!! The bike was discribed as being near mint, paid for delivery on this basis. Once the bike had been delivered at 8pm in pitch black, it was clear that it was in a completely unusable state. Clear to see rheu just spray show shine spray all over them without any checks. To hear them say they do check them is actually an even worse show on there company. I feel sorry for anyone that would part with there money to buy a bike of this company.

Bought a Suzuki lt50 from here for my boy as a Christmas present, the thing broke first ride on Boxing Day, my son was absolutely gutted
Messaged the following day with no reply, so called a mobile number to be told I'm on holiday with with my family what do you want me to do about it?
I just spent top money money on a quad with them not even an apology from the owner.
Had the mechanic who works there to take a look and luckily it just needed a carb clean. I wouldn’t buy anything from here again

Stay well clear of these cowboys. Ready race bikes for them means a jet wash and some pro green shine on it. Bike came with filthy old oil in it, chain loose as anything and the air filter soaking wet covered in mud. Lied about having the documents for the bike and now won’t do anything about. Do not use this company!!

Bought a husky 300 from them, they turned up with it in a builders van??? With no reg plate on, no v5, no bookpack. So stupidly I gave them the benefit of doubt, now found out it needs a full topend rebuild. Now these crooks ignoring me. Do not buy off these very very dodgy company!!!!

Terrible terrible experience straight from the start super rude answering the phone . As was on eBay and website only had two pictures. I asked to see more detailed pictures, took them over 8 hours to reply kept telling me yeah we’re doing it now , or yeah they’ve been sent bla bla bla ( not an exaggeration ) finally agreed a price if I paid straight away which I did . Biggest mistake!! . And they told me it would be a 1/2pm drop off , again complete disaster turned up at 5pm couldn’t get through to him phone either turned off or just wouldn’t answer finally bike arrived but I was away working . Got home to find clutch was completely shot from there on it was a complete up hill struggle to get absolute to put it right . Call after call after call , each time fed more crap . Then it came to checking over the health of the bike . Supposed to have done “around” 50 hours ....... NA more like 89hours hard hard hours . Next oils, gaskets, chain , brakes ( bike advertised as race ready ) 😂. It was in terrible condition everything was video as it was start to finish pictures documenting damage and lack of service as advertised. Like I said a complete up hill struggle. There’s so much more to tell you but simply don’t have the time to write it all . Maybe tonight I’ll finish it in much more detail.
