I recently attempted to place an order for Oxiracetam through Absorb Health, but the process has been frustrating and disappointing. The website lacks an option for new customers to register, making the purchasing process unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, my payment method was repeatedly declined without explanation, which added to my frustration.

I spent an entire day trying to reach customer service by phone, but no one picked up, and my attempts to get help through Facebook also went unanswered. It's very discouraging to encounter such poor customer support, especially when I was eager to finalize my order.

I hope the company can improve its customer service and website functionality, as my overall experience has been negative. It’s a shame because the product offerings are great, but the shopping experience leaves much to be desired.

You make it impossible to order! I used 2 different cards, the first was my debit/credit card the second a credit card. Both times you said unacceptable payment method! Why do you ask for a card at checkout then? This is terrible service!

The product and shipping time were great, but their customer service was abysmal. Their website glitched when I was checking out, and I was double charged for a rather large order. When I emailed them about the issue, they all but accused me of lying. Then, I sent proof of the double charge three times, but they never even responded. Thankfully, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will not order from them again.

At the moment when the shipment unfortunately did not pass through the customs procedure, I had to return it to the store at my expense. The shipment was tracked and the goods arrived unopened and undamaged to Absorp Health. Unfortunately, the store does not want to return the money and their communication was very austere. Although all postage on delivery and return of the goods, including the goods themselves, were at my expense, the arguments for the return of money after the physical delivery of the goods back to the store, did not interest them. In case you want to return your money it is quite possible that they will not like it at least they will look for reasons to avoid it. I do not highly recommend this store.

I've been using Absorb Health for a couple of years and while I can't get into the potency or actual numbers of the Nootropics, I can say that they have all worked really well for me and I've tried several products from that site.
