Absolute scam site! I also found out to late after purchasing toys for gifts and what arrived a bloody scarf and beanie!!
they should be shut down immediately, I have emailed several times with no response and have now contacted my bank in regards to them being fraudulent. 🤬🤬🤬

Absolute scammers, AVOID this company at all cost. I purchased 5 items from them totalling $70 and none of the items have been received. Contacted them numerous times for a refund, they reply saying "the money is on its way", but the money has still NOT reached my bank account. DISGUSTING. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

Avoid at all cost. Halfway through payment, felt uncomfortable that the prices are significantly cheaper than retail. Throughly went though their website and couldn’t find an ABN. Didn’t go through with payment and suddenly received a text message from them (I input my details earlier on) saying I’m only one step away from purchasing the items and to compete the order by making payment.

This site should be shut down, i bought a toy off them and it never turned up, i had no emails or texts either with tracking progress, i forgot who i bought off so i had to re google the toy and find it that way. Bloody despicable how can they live with themselves

PLEASE Do not do business with this company. As previous reviews have stated this is not an Australian company. You go through the online purchasing process and they proceed to take your money from your account but then you do not receive any email confirmation of your purchase. Customer service emails are never replied to and it’s fruitless trying. I ordered a gift for my Grandson and this has left me upset and angry.

If it seems too good to be true...it probably is. Went through the process, put in all my details then when I hit submit it wanted my credit card details again... Seemed a bit suss so hit the back button and then it said my shopping cart was empty. Then I came here to see the reviews. Nothing has come out of my account yet thankfully, think I dodged a bullet. From everything I can see this is likely a scam, avoid.

Sadly, I have learnt about this scam too late also. Order item for granddaughter and said goodbye to my money and have not received any goods or response. Pity there is no way to alert others.

Scam they will take your money then continue to take more don't buy anything it will not come and you will loose everything in your bank account I'm so disappointed

This is NOT an Australian website despite the .com.au. You do not get an order confirmation email and goods do not arrive and no way of contacting them. Please for your own peace of mind do not order off this website. There really should be a “no star” option for recommendation.

I purchased a lego set for my grandson’s birthday. It hasn’t arrived and I’m still waiting. They represent an Australian address which was the only reason I did business with them. They operate from China and are fraudulent and a mob of scammers. I keep getting told it is waiting to be scanned and to be patient! It has been ages! Buyer beware! Do not order from this company!

Still no sign of this item. Spent over $100 and my grandson has had his birthday. Stay away from this company. Extremely poor customer service. My latest response from them continues to be absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing indeed!

This website looks legitimate, however, they operate from China and took two unauthorised payments from my credit card. Do not use this website.

Stay clear it's a fraudulent company. They took more money than supposed to . I called my bank . to see what they can do . They cancelled my card and told me they tried to take out more money out ,but lucky for me I had insufficient funds. I doubt ill ever receive the product. Hoping my bank will reimbursed me
