I had a very positive experience with the installation of doorbells, smoke detectors and emergency lighting carried out by AC Kinetic - they were very professional, on time, and competitively priced, and Alexandra was particularly helpful in answering my many questions before and after the work was carried out. I would certainly use them again for any electrical work and would highly recommend.

Used this company for an emergency call…
Used this company for an emergency call out for an electrician. Sent someone in just over 2 hours . The electrician was professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem fairly quickly.

Timely, professional and friendly - all you need really
Very happy with the service. Electrician within the hour, solved quickly despite been a complex wiring issue and very professional and friendly engineer. Will use again.

All round excellent
Had an issue where my electricity had tripped and was unable to get it back on. Called AC Kinetic and the emergency electrician (John) arrived around an hour later (around 5pm). He was very friendly and professional, chatting about our babies and his daughter as he did his job. He even forwarding a link to a dummy he used for his baby which was very helpful. Explained what the issue was and fixed it as best he could in the time. Would definitely recommend him again. five stars.

I do not think I could have been happier with the service I received today. I apologise for not remembering the electricians name but he was very efficient and professional, Thank you to him. (I had my electric cooker installed) I definitely recommend using Ac Kinetic LTD. Thank you again.
