I have always received propt service from Acacia. I see no reason why it will change in any future dealings

I had received a Provincial promotion and needed to change my regalia. Expecting the jewels to be readily available I started late looking for them. I had bought from Arcadia before so called and was told what I needed tended to be made to order. However, Arcadia came through for me and found what I needed, supplied them in time and advised me how to make the necessary changes to my regalia. They provide excellent value for money and a very knowledgeable service.

I found Acacia most helpful, i will use this company again.

I found Acacia Regalia an excellent little company to deal with. With the "grab the money" and if the customer doesn't like it - "tough" attitude of many of suppliers today. I found Acacia quite refreshing, they have a real concern about the quality of their goods, how it was received by the customer and should there be any problem it will addressed promptly.
The quality of their regalia is very good and at a very competative price. I know they have received at least four sales by brethren enquring where I bought mine.

I recently purchased a Masonic Symbol ring. Difficult to find one for a Lady Mason but this totally fitted the spec. Perfect fit, light and pretty. Thank you for a wonderful service - as always.

I wanted a rigid jewel holder and some decent gloves. Having been to my normal suppliers in London, neither of whom stock the holder. I found one on Acacia Masonic's web site, called them and two days later the parcel was on the door mat.
Considering the size of my "Huge" Order, one could be mistaken in thinking I really had ordered a couple of hundred pounds worth of good from the service that I received from this company.
I already have recommended them to friends.

The goods took a long time to arrive even though you took the money from my account immediately
They may have been out of stock but I had no information from you to this effect
If they were in stoch then your dispatch times are poor
I had no further confirmation of order once I had placed my order on your website so I had no order reference to use for any followup
When I tried to track my order on your website to find out what had happend to my order I found this impossible
The goods did arrive eventually
