We stayed at the “luxury Yorkshire with hot tub”, and honestly had the best hen weekend ever. Acacia were great at organising everything, making it stress free. The house was stunning and James was always there to help if we needed anything. We had a 3 course meal which was divine and the massages which everyone raved about. The hen had the best weekend ever and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Thank you so much

Acacia cottages have been wonderful. After our previous booking fell through due to the property owner selling the actual property Acacia came to my rescue to help find a place to stay for my sisters Hen do. We were fortune enough to stay at Luxury Yorkshire with hot tub (York) were 16 of us had an amazing weekend! Although I did speak to a few people at Acacia it was mostly Becca I interacted with- who went above and beyond to meet my needs, I wanted regular updates, were things were up tp etc and despite my many request Becca was a amazing and kept me very well update throughout. We booked a few activities onto the booking such as butler in the buff, mini bus transport, afternoon tea at the house and the cocktail making (although the cocktails wasn’t a great success- no fault of Acacia, but the venue themselves) Everything else ran very smoothly, and was great, no to have to think and check times as Becca had done all this for me. I would have no hesitation at all booking through Acacia again or recommending to other (especially larger group as they really do take the stress away!) Big thanks to Becca- I know I wasn’t the easiest of customers at times lol, but you really did support in giving us an amazing weekend- thank you beyond words!

This is a great idea. After the pandemic things started to move quickly with my friend's wedding and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating! Loads of options depending on the kind of weekend you want to have. All the girls loved the amenities and location. We had a really great weekend and I would (and have) recommended Acacia for any future gatherings, especially for hen dos!

Such a positive experience from start to finish. From putting up with my endless queries via email, ensuring we had the perfect package, providing a detailed holiday plan with great activities and providers to staying in super accommodation. I booked a Hen Party through Acacia Cottages for Feb 2022. From the beginning, the staff (Molly and Ashley - I did have a couple of contacts due to a maternity leave) were really helpful and responsive. It was great to book activities through Acacia (we had a 3 course meal and white water rafting) which meant the weekend flowed really well.
The house in Derbyshire had amazing facilities and was perfect for our weekend. We especially loved the swimming pool and large kitchen.

We had an absolutely fabulous time; the house was gorgeous and spacious for us ladies. We'd love to come back; the itinerary we had planned was executed and we all adored Bath!

Recently organised a hen party which took place in January 2022 at Acacia getaway. The weekend was amazing! So easy to book through Acacia cottages who help you through all the organisations. They are so prompt with their emails and replies and constantly keep you updated. For example, we had booked a time for our cocktail making session but one of the bartenders was self isolating, but straight away (before the office was open from the new year) they got in contact and came up with an alternative solution, which ended up working out for the better.
Payment is so easy to do, all online and had no issues whatsoever. Becca, who I was dealing with was really lovely and very helpful. Even before I was assigned Becca, the person/people I was emailing when first enquiring were incredibly helpful and able to help me find appropriate accommodation.
Being able to book activities with Acacia cottages made the planning so much easier and the people who came to the accommodation had been there before, which made the set up and the running of the activities very smooth and effortless. We chose the mobile spa treatment and mobile cocktail making which were both perfect.
Check in and check out of the accommodation was so easy and the host was so friendly, which put us at ease.
Overall was an absolutely amazing experience 10/10 and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family for similar events in the future.

I booked a cottage stay through acacia with the help of Angela - I literally sent a request through of what I was looking for and Angela sent me some examples it was all booked within a few days. We had an online portal which my guests could log in and pay up saving me the hassle of chasing monies. I was then handed over to Molly and Ashley who were always super responsive to any questions i had. We arrived at our venue and it was as described and all our activities ran smoothly - I will definitely be a returning customer - THANK YOU

The Oxford Country Farmhouse was so beautiful and just perfect for the bride-to-be (and her friends and family!) She had the most amazing weekend and left feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.

Booking the cottage with AcaciaCottages.co.uk was so simple and straightforward. They made everything stress-free, were very organised and covid secure. Even when some guests changed from staying the night to daytime only, they were completely accommodating and reasonable with costs.

We didn’t have to worry about anything regarding the venue, the minibus transfers or the 3-course-dinner that they arranged for us. Peter, the minibus driver, was so polite, punctual and professional and completely easy-going when it came to arranging pick up time. The private chefs, Jacqui and Jaimie at Good Gourmet were on time, tidy and professional. They made the most delicious 3-course-dinner, ending with the tastiest sticky toffee pudding. They even tidied up our rubbish and organised it – made our life easier when it came to checking out!

Everything went smoothly without any hiccups at all. I would recommend this cottage and service by AcaciaCottages.co.uk to everyone and very keen on booking this cottage again in the near future.

If there was anything I could change or would bring to your attention to improve for future guests it would be…

(1) Later check-out time

(2) Better signage at nighttime outside the cottage, perhaps something that is lit up? A lot of the girls who came in the evening struggled to get to Manor House at night. Also, the Tesco delivery man couldn’t find us either, eventually found us but would have been easier if the signage was clearer.

(3) Accessible doors closer to the cars so it’s easier to unload luggage and groceries.

(4) A second set of keys – we split up on one occasion when we were out so it would have been handy to have two sets of keys.

(5) A simple, quick and easy starter guide on how to use the Aga oven (we found the manual but really couldn’t work it out!)

(6) A segway – to get from one side of the cottage to the other ;)

I would recommend Acacia to anyone!

Myself and my sister planned a hen weekend for 15 people with the support of Becca and it went without a hitch!

We had a fantastic weekend to remember at the Bath Barns with Bunting Making and a Cocktail Masterclass. Acacia even booked our taxi transfers for us. Everything we needed was written up in our detailed Holiday Plan to make life easy.

Took the stress out of planning hugely and a joy to work with.

We had to change the house choice due to Covid flexibility and ended up pushing the date back 3 times!! But we had full support in this and trusted we were safe in the hands of Acacia!

The team were really helpful and prompt at getting back with any info we needed. The itinerary was really useful and the whole thing was really professional.

We stayed at Chew Farmhouse with Spa for a Hen party weekend and we have to say it was perfect! Such a lovely farmhouse and the owners were very accommodating! The on grounds spa was such a lovely touch to the weekend also. There were 11 of us in total in the end and there was so much room for us all. The house is very homely with some intriguing touches that certainly are a talking point haha! The first evening was spent in playing games and food delivered & plenty of drinking games & fun!
On the 2nd day we had use of the spa for 4 hours where we could use the steam room & hot tub. Perfect for chilling out whilst we took in turns to have our beauty treatments (a lovely lady came to us). In the afternoon we had a cocktail making party where a barman came to us & then went out for dinner! The checkout time was so generous allowing us plenty of time to recover from the evening before, before heading home! An even nicer touch was having some breakfast items included! Just want to say a big thank you to Becca from Acacia Cottages as she has been a star! This was originally booked for 2020 but she had rearranged everything leaving no stress to us! Will definitely book again :)

We had such a lovely time at the Acacia Getaway for my hen last weekend. The entire process of booking was incredibly easy and it was such a treat having everything planned for us so that we could all just go on the hen weekend and enjoy!

The house was spotless and lovely, the hosts at the house were so kind and made sure we had everything we need. They even made us a cake!

House was really nice, lots of communication with Molly before the weekend arrived and she couldn’t have been more helpful, chefs were prompt and friendly and the food was lovely. The security deposit was paid back in full and really quickly. We also got transfers for the night out but the only negative was around two hours before pick up they contacted me to say we couldn’t all travel in one taxi on the way there so we had to split the group in two. Also worth mentioning the hot tub was overlooked in the courtyard but we didn’t find this a problem as our neighbours weren’t in during the day.

Absolutely great company to deal with even through a pandemic. Holiday had to be moved 3 times and everything went smoothly. Would definitely use again

Absolutely amazing service, top level in everyway! Molly was so quick at responding and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve! Nothing was ever too much trouble! She was also really patient with me as I am terribly forgetful and indecisive! The House was more than we could have wanted, the only thing Molly couldn’t achieve was the weather!! However we still went in the hot tub in the rain, glass of fizz fixed that!! Thankyou again and we will defiantly use your services again!!!!!

5 star service, would 100% recommend acacia to anyone who is booking a hen weekend! Excellent service from start to finish, from initially choosing our location, to finalising our hen party package and any extras that we wanted, there was nothing that acacia couldn’t do!
Molly organised our weekend and she did such a fantastic job I can’t thank her enough! We had a pizza evening with a cocktail making class, followed by spa treatments and a 3 course meal the following day, and stayed in the most beautiful location ‘the dales cottages’, absolutely everything went to plan, everything arrived on time and was planned/organised perfectly! Anyone looking for a luxury hen weekend acacia are definitely the ones to plan it. Completely stress free and so professional. Thanks so much again!

Sorted everything from start to finish. Was nice and easy to add activities to our stay and was easy to split payment between multiple people. A payment site meant that I could track what payments had been made and ensure we had all paid on time. Being able to spread the cost was a huge help to many of us and very much appreciated. The cottage itself was delightful, set in beautiful countryside with lovely walks and animals nearby. All our activities where prompt and easy to get to (for the ones we had to travel to) the others arrived at our accommodation on time. The whole weekend was enjoyed by all. We would definitely recommend!
