While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Terrible experience! Buy your books somewhere else
I bought a book over a year ago. They sent me twice the same book and when I asked what to do they said they would charge me twice the book unless I went physically to the store and return it myself... All this after over a month of delays in the delivery.
For the book I kept, apparently they had a problem in their system and they didn't charge me the entire amount when I paid with my card. I had no idea about it until they sent me the invoice a year after threatening to charge me a fee for a late payment!
I took for them over a month to even reply to my questions. Every time they replied the amount I owe was different. I checked the payment with my bank and also original price of the book to make sure the amount I should transfer. In the meantime, and even though I told them I was transferring the money, they threaten me again with a fee for late payment!!
