Worst school photos

I have no choice but to buy the photos as its school choice but the photos lack personality and the photographer makes no effort with the children. My son says the woman is miserable. The photos have to be cut out yourself and the website is shocking not to mention the price. You have to buy multiples of the same photos to get the size photo you want. The company are a disgusting rip off.

If only I could choose not to use them

School photo company, so the choice is not mine, but I urge all the schools to ditch them.

The photos aren't great, quality isn't there, and all the parent I spoke with said the children don't look natural or comfortable. This is apparently due to lack lustre photographer, not engaging kids and just saying smile. Which they are trying to do, but it all looks so forced.

Then there is the outrageous pricing model. Way too expensive for digital copy of one shot, then adding more costs half as much, but that's still outrageous.

Worse still is the product, I ordered key chains and fridge magnets. They are not put together, just loose items straight from their manufacturer l guess. The photos come on one sheet, for me to cut out myself and the size is wrong. I guess that why they don't do it them selves as it doesn't fit, so when you complain they'll say "must've cut it wrong."

Awful, overpriced, poor quality, low skilled and lazy. Hard pass.

The pricing is hilarious only school…

The pricing is hilarious only school photo company to want to charge you an arm and a leg you could actually go to a studio and get professional photos of them and all the family for the price they charge and picture quality is awful and awful sizes and packages to choose from can’t mix and match with photos as there’s no single options I’ve complained to my daughters school not to use them again as they’re extortionate compared to the other companies across the country the company they used last year was like half the price these lot charge

Absolutely useless photos and…

Absolutely useless photos and “photographic packages” available.

A) The single photo available isn’t great. The white balance is off, no photo editing undertaken just the photo in-camera, they use a WHITE background without adjusting for skin tones.

B) All but the cheapest photo packages include “gift tags” with a photo of your child. No they don’t, what you actually get is a printed copy (on cheap Matt photo) of four “gift tags” that you need to cut out from a single photo paper page.

C) Ordering of three photos (one size A and two size B) you do not receive three prints but two! The two smaller prints (size B) are printed on the same cheap page of (Matt!) photo paper that you have to cut out yourself.

Don’t waste your time and hard earned money. Invest in some cheap home studio kit from Amazon and take incredible photos yourself at home and leave these “professionals” to it.

Schools, don’t use these photographers.

Money grab of a company

Money grab of a company, late free with little mention of any timeframe.
I can only assume they're in business as all schools are forced to use this useless company. . .

Late fee SCAM.

Would rate them Lower but you can not, Late Fee on photo's is fine but a week after getting them is a thing that annoys us all, THIS IS WHERE THEY MAKE THERE UNEARNED money from but a day is £3 after that is £6.

Wish the school put them where they need be, on the scrap heap.

Awful company

Awful company. “Photographers” are hopeless and would doubt if they have any training and certainly no passion for the job. Kids are just on a conveyor belt and don’t even wait for them to smile. Several asked if they could take it again as they weren’t ready (no warning by photographer) but she said no. Consequently lots of parents not buying the treasured school photos and only one option of photo anyway. Also they don’t respond to any communication. If you’re a school please avoid using this company as your parents will be disappointed.
