Before starting the task, Stephen takes the payment (cash) in advance, but he does a lousy job. In my home, he installed a boiler, he did a poor job. . He did not provide me with the required legal documents when the boiler was installed, as required by law. The electric wires are hanging with the boiler.
He installed a diverter valve in my boiler for the hot water and I paid him (an expensive) fee in cash for it, but he did not connect it to the cylinder and instead recommended me to a plumber for that. The plumber says, "it's the job of the boiler installer he should have done that". This individual is a total failure.
