HANIFA MIAH OF ACCENTURE UK: SCAM ALERT
HANIFA MIAH OF ACCENTURE UK: SCAM ALERT!!!!
The process of hiring is thru Telegram, she will asked you some questions, your cv and working experiences, after that she'll be giving you a task for you to type within 1 hr and send it to her.
I was hesitant at first because all were suspicious especially they don't have an official email address but I've decided to give it a try since they're not asking for money at first.
I took the project and they gave me allotted time of 3 days to finish the job for a total of 151 pages. I spent 3 sleepless nights to finish the project.
Finally I've completed the project and have sent an email to them that it has been completed, and after an hour I have received a reply to them that the money will be transferred by contacting HANIFA MIAH, but then again she replied to me asking me to send an email to santanderonlinebankingservice. Unfortunately the replied was to make a payment of 185 GBP for me to be able to receive it.
However, this was a "RED FLAG" for me, the big question is.... you have worked so hard for it and at the end you have to pay them?!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Please don't be fooled by her, she already blocked me since I sent her messages about her reviews that she's a scammer
Hanifa Miah of ACCENTURE UK
Beware, everyone! There's a scammer lurking around who goes by the name of HANIFA MIAH. She poses as a part of Accenture UK Ltd. and offers a typing job. But don't be fooled! She's a notorious scammer and all your efforts will be useless if you take on the project she's offering. It's a trap, plain and simple.
I had the misfortune of falling victim to Hanifa's deceitful tactics, but thankfully I was able to catch on before things went too far. I'm sharing this review to warn others, so that they don't have to suffer the same fate as I did.
If you come across HANIFA MIAH, please report her immediately. Don't let her continue her malicious scheme of preying on innocent people's hard-earned money and time. Let's keep each other safe and protected from these kinds of fraudulent acts.
They are professional scammers
They are professional scammers. I worked for them as a freelance content writer but after completion of the project they disappeared and I didn't receive my payment. Hanifa Miah was the hiring manager She's a scammer. Hanifa Miah (professional Scammer) don't trust her.
The best company to start with
This is one of the best company to consider when applying for job. Aside from them giving employees all the benefits employees deserved, they also provide a good working environment with experienced people/colleagues to learn from. They have missions and goals not only for the company but also for their employees. The provides professional growth by giving free and paid courses that experts, tenured and experienced people taught. Overall, this is a recommendable company to start with.
Bad Management/Bad Trainers
This company is messy. Their turnover rate has to be very high. The biggest problem I had is that you are made to watch a video to recieve a certificate and all these supposedly upper management is stressing the importance of how to treat people at work and they stress on how to speak up EVEN if its management who makes you feel this way..
Yet when I felt this of a instructor and didnt go above her BUT i went directly to her, I was ignored in class after that by her..My screen froze and I could see and hear her but i couldnt communicate because my keys on keyboard were froze and so was screen..BUT the worse part is she was making comments regarding me...to the classroom!!, and I was on the phone with ITtech and they heard it..then I was disconnected..
I honestly believe they get self gratification by hiring and given the right to fire immediately instead of finding the root cause of a employee disatisfaction with the company..
If ex-employees would be asked as to what the reason would be of dissatisfaction with Accenture, I bet answer would almost always come back to the answer of "their trainers".
They sip their coffee and go into their private personal home problems like we care?.while we wait staring at each other on screen..We don't care!, we want to start our jobs to help people, that is what takes long process of Accenture training their employees and employees leaving them.
People leaving this company should get together and report the company.
They need better management, better trained management
For God's sake don't trust them; they're scammer
I worked as a remote employee in Accenture company UK and they offered to pay me a handsome amount. After the completion and approval of project by the company, they told me to contact Santander Bank. I contacted the Bank and provided them the account details for my reward. During the whole process they were sharing me the so called verification papers that showed that they would really give my reward. Their project hiring manager Hanifa Miah helped me doing this fake work. Ultimately, I received the mail from bank that your payment has been pended and we have to choose virtual way to transfer your payment that requires 185£ GBP. Finally they didn't give me my reward by such lame excuses. Then, I realized that it was a scam.. they didn't know that how much struggle I performed doing their project..But what can we do!
Are All Your Employees Like Mike?
There's an employee Named Michael Quale claiming he's a 'Senior Cloud Architect' that deserves to award for naivety. Reading other consumer reviews, it seems to be a common element of accenture employees. Using/hiring Accenture, is not recommended-
Uneven increment in the salary
I am your working with you and impressed that you do market research every year and raise salary by own however, i am not happy with the fact that now sub level .2is earning more than me. At my process now people are getting more irate then before.
Miserable IT support - response time is NOT response quality
Accenture provides the IT support for our company via ticket system, and boy is this "support" miserable. It's so bad, you can't even call it support. Most of the time the response time is pretty good, but the response quality has been miserable for every single ticket I opened. At least 1st level is friendly and respectful.
Reasoning:
- Ticket descriptions will not get read. They contact you via MS Teams to ask questions you just thoroughly described in the ticket. 2/3 of the communication could be avoided if they would just read the damn tickets, and it's obvious they don't.
- Hints will be ignored. I worked in IT support myself for some time and know some regular problems. When trying to guide them into the right direction, you will get ignored, even when your ticket handler obviously has no clue.
- The response quality is abysmal. Except for giving/taking folder permissions, none of my tickets have been solved by Accenture. I fixed /worked around them myself after losing patience and faith that they could handle any of the problems.
- Obviously inapt personel. When asking back for technical or organisational issues, you won't get a useful answer, if any at all.
- English communication or none at all, even if communication in local language is promised. This will not work. You can literally hear them CTRL + C --> CTRL + V messages and texts into google translate. Now imagine the time simple communication takes. Hmm, wonderful, isn't it?
- Miserable organisation. They don't talk to each other, information flow is horrible, if there is any at all. Get annoyed by useless questions from one ticket handler, then get forwarded to answer the same stupid, useless questions to the next clueless ticket handler
- Literally everyone in my company department hates having to contact Accenture IT support because everybody knows it's futile and annoying af
If you're an IT manager thinking of hiring Accenture for IT support, do your employees a favour and just don't. Really, don't. You're a bad person if you still do it after reading this.
Use and throw policy
If you dont have any skill & you landed in Accenture, then trust me, you will be in really position.
I worked for this organization for 2 years working out of my ass. There was no increment for 2 years. I thought something wrong with me. I worked almost 4 times the work of an average individual(unfortunately), which was the biggest mistake I did in my 11 years of career.
After completion of the most prestigious project, I got lot of appreciations. I thought I would be promoted. Next day, I got a call.
"YOU ARE FIRED".
Thats the end.
1. I was never on bench in these 2 years 4 months of career.
2. Never got a negative feedback.
3. Always took the lead. I was never scared of challenges.
4. Helped the organization in tough times.
5. I am the only guy with the skillset in MENA region.
Still I got fired. WHY? No one has the reason. Never had personal grudge. Never into arguments, Never into gossiping. But WHY?
If you dont make NOISE in this organization, then you ll be FIRED.
If you have SKILLSET then you ll be FIRED.
This is a good company to work with but…
This is a good company to work with but the employers will torture you to compete the work on time and they will not give any incentives or hike in a year!
AVOID WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PAID
Im a former employee trying to get my holiday pay from an apparently multi-national organisation. The payroll department are a much use as a chocolate fireplace. Its been delt with by the back end team who do not have a phone number?!?!? Tried hr department and same story. They said they will be in touch by email but have been saying this for nearly a week. Avoid this company a all costs
Paul Sandison P2P Accenture UK - Aberdeen
Paul Sandison - P2P Project Manager Accenture UK based in Aberdeen has been harassing me for over a year.
My name is Darren Harrison and have fell victim to Paul Sandison's campaign of harassment. I was the owner of a gate manufacturing company based in Livingston that had multiple websites generating leads for local work in Scotland. Mr Sandison had ordered a manual gate and fence and paid a deposit of £1750 just as covid-19 struck. We manufactured his gate and fence but were late due to workload, staff shortages and supply chain issues caused by Covid-19 and other factors. Mr Sandison cancelled his order as we were late with the installation and requested a full refund. All our products are bespoke and manufactured to order and I advised him a deposit couldn't be returned. A campaign of harassment started right there and then by carrying out the following:
1) Emailing every gate company in Scotland that he could and absolutely slated me and my company. (Its a small industry and many friends in the same business forwarded his email over)
2) Created a trust pilot review for all of my domain names and again completely attacked my character.
I had contacted Mr Sandison and offered to deliver his product ready for another contractor to complete with the balance outstanding being more than enough to complete. This was refused.
I offered to make a full refund. This was refused.
After all this hassle I had decided that I'm not continuing in the industry at the same volume level anymore and brought an old friend "Gerry from Lothian Gates" in to help oversee installations of my projects whilst I focused on relocating overseas. This was a mistake, Gerry stripped out my CCTV system, tried to get the lease of my unit changed to his name, robbed my workshop of tools and equipment and balance payments due to the company totalling circa £22.5k. This caused me to stop trading entirely in Scotland.
I then settled in Spain, set up a new self employed gate business working at first just on my own but quickly took on 3 people and was receiving 5 star reviews on trustatrade.es (NOT FAKE as Mr Sandison has said) This however came to an abrupt halt when Paul Sandison called Trustatrade Spain and again tried to convince the company that I was a terrible character. Paul was informed that the company was highly regarded with lots of happy clients (They call and check reviewers) This wasn't enough for Paul so he created another review of my Spanish company and this resulted in cancelations totalling 40k of future work, refunds of 9K resulting in negative cash-flow. The business was wrapped up within a month resulting in job losses and two clients losing deposits that just couldn't be returned.
After all this hassle I now decided to completely get out of the industry and go back to my roots. I completed training for specialised welding I found work overseas due to start in January. I had set up a linked in profile and mentioned the area in Ireland I was due to be working as contracts had been changed and a start date agreed with the recruiter. Paul Sandison has emailed and called the companies in the area (from viewing information on my linked in profile) without knowing which exact company so he must've had gone to some trouble calling around! The recruiter has now cancelled my contract causing hassle for the recruiter, my colleague, family and myself. If Paul was hell bent on trying to ruin my career up until now then he has succeeded. I will not tolerate another piece of harassment from Mr Sandison and will pursue for loss of earnings and harassment, I have sent a Cease and Desist to both your office in Edinburgh (Aberdeen is now closed I believe) and to Paul Sandison's home. As you can understand this behaviour is not normal and quite frankly worrying for anyone to be as obsessed as this. I expect for your company to review this and to get back to me.
Best Regards
Darren

This company hired me and told me the training time was for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, I liked the job and it was close to my home, meanwhile the one where I was already working was about an hour away, so I decided to quit my old job and start working on accenture, but two weeks after beginning training they called me and told me they decided not to continue with the training di they fired me. I think they need to take more serious their hires.
