I have just purchased a T-tape drip irrigation system for our market garden and I have to say their customer service has been second to none! Josh from the team spent ages respectfully and patiently speaking to me over the phone to make sure I ordered all of the correct fittings for what I needed to install. I'm so impressed - it's rare to find a company that treats you with respect and really takes the time to ensure you're fully informed. Thank you so much.

I've now made 2 small orders from them for difficult-to-find fittings - and both have been handed very well. Helpful advice on their chat-line and very quick dispatch and delivery. Very happy.

Have placed several orders with them and had no problems.
Placed an order late June and it seemed that everything was fine.
But then I heard nothing.
So today I phoned them and asked about my order.
They said my order had not gone through. They showed no interest in helping me resolve my problem.
They blamed Barclays.
I have never had a problem before.
They seemed totally unwilling or interested in helping.

Obviously I was at fault.

They have now just responded after two hours.
They are just not interested in providing any real service. Their response was incredibly rational and lacked any empathy.
They could have just shown some concern and willingness to actively help.

I ordered a gift from the garden-products range. They actually made an error in the order they posted, but they had spotted it and the correct order had arrived on my doorstep before I'd even noticed or the original expected delivery time had passed. Excellent proactive customer service.

Was looking to install an irrigation system in our rear garden. discussed with three companies but AI was by far the most professional and helpful. Indeed they did the design for me, explained it, prepared the list of materials and were available by email and on the phone to answer queries. May not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I was looking for a fertilizer dilution system which I could use in conjunction with a sprinkler (specifically, for maintaining a Silver Birch tree in my case). My only criticism of Access Irrigation is that they didn't appear higher on Google searches.

I found them by accident as I was steeling myself for ordering an American product from an American supplier for double the price when you include shipping costs (plus import duty - Customs and Excise are quite thorough these days).

The Access Dilutor was EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Once I had found them, I asked a technical question on Saturday, got a response on Sunday, ordered just after midnight Monday morning, and received the item Tuesday. I even screwed up my order (wrong model) and they handled this Monday at 8.30am to send out the correct item, plus refunded the extra I'd paid.

It was well-packaged and delivered by FedEx.

The item was supplied with all the necessary parts and full instructions (which are also on their website). Took about 10 minutes to assemble and set up. Used it for the first time Tuesday evening and it works perfectly.

The company is fast, efficient, and courteous. The product is exactly as described and is built to high standards.

All they need is for someone to do some decent SEO on their website!

I purchased an Access Growhouse four years ago, and in general I have been happy with it.

However there is a design fault which comes to light when you open the front top glass. Because there is no 'stop' to make sure the sliding door does not move to far, it means that if it is frosty and you have to apply more than gentle force the slider hits and bends the end plates.

I have spoken to customer support and I whilst they were very polite and admitted that they had tweaked the design, there was no acceptance of this being an issue that needed fixing. The only suggestion I was given was don't try and open the doors it it is frosty or wet, or spend £99 on an optional vent window.

Over the years I have recommended Access Growhouses to all my gardening friends, but I no longer would.

Never used them but they got my address from some list and continue to send me frequent spam, ignoring requests to unsubscribe. I just don't use companies that behave like that.

This company has very good web based information , but also brochures available to download and in paper form.
The equipment list is large and can be daunting unless you are used to this type of thing. Fortunately access irrigation have knowledgeable staff very willing to give advice and to make sure you are ordering the right stuff.
On one order a parcels went missing in transit but hsi was immedaitely put right
