Nothing short of excellence. If there is one thing I have learned from the brilliant assessor is NEVER COPY and PASTE. The assessor are right. You will never learn when you copy from sources and paste it to your portal. Always use your own words. A word ie enough for the wise. Their words are words of wisdom and I would advise would be learners or students to adhere to the same rules. It is the only way you would enjoy the course. Thank you to all assessors for your advice and I am glad I listened. And a quick thank you to Brighton for your continued support.

I have recently completed level 5 and wish to commend Dawn from Learner Support for the exceptional assistance provided. Her expertise in supporting my dyslexia was invaluable, especially as I returned to education after 35 years. Writing initially seemed overwhelming, but her guidance greatly increased my confidence and capability.
I am sincerely grateful to Dawn for her encouragement and professional support during this process. Her dedication has made a significant impact on my learning experience, and I deeply appreciate her commitment and expertise. The course content has been both engaging and rewarding, and I have found the learning experience to be extremely fulfilling. Not only has it expanded my knowledge and skills, but it has also given me a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm for this field.

Workplace Observations 1 & 2
I really enjoyed the two workplace observation sessions. These were conducted in a very friendly atmosphere and i would like to commend Sonia for the way she led the sessions, she was very professional in her conduct and would let me take the lead in the discussions with very little interruptions unless where it was not clear. This really boosts one's confidence. At no time did i feel it was an observation, i felt as if i was just doing my normal job. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Well done Sonia

Fantastic support all the way through
I’ve recently completed my QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care with Access Skills, and I can honestly say it’s been a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey.
The course content was thorough and relevant to real-life practice, giving me the tools I needed to grow both professionally and personally. It was hard work – especially balancing studies with running a care business – but absolutely worth the effort.
I want to give special thanks to Dawn, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Her guidance, encouragement, and expert knowledge made a real difference and helped keep me on track during the tougher parts of the course. She genuinely cared and went the extra mile, which I’ll always be grateful for.
If you’re thinking about doing your Level 5, I highly recommend Access Skills. Be prepared to put in the work – but know that the support is there, and the outcome is well worth it.

Totally waste of time, staff looks very unprofessional and don’t have any clue.
I am very disappointed..
I have submitted my all the assignments last year in October around my due date.
They send assessor to have my face- face assessments which you can imagine not easy specially when you working with vulnerable clients. I have been informed to get my course completed and sign off for certification. But it’s been 6 months now. Every time I get same response nothing else. Looks like very doughy team. Assessor was not even very confident. And she hast finished her side of work yet so I can get updated on system and get my certification.
Pose guys make sure you choose your best option before trusting them.
It’s been 2 years now and I feel like am no where.

Highly recommend the services by Access Skills
I have been in contact with Asim Hussain for a few months now. I called to enquire about one particular course and to enroll one employee, but Asim Hussain took the time to understand my circumstances and provided me with helpful information that allowed me to enroll multiple employees. He followed up and was patient throughout the entire process.

Poor professional support for employer…
Poor professional support for employer and poor communication. They don’t have enough staffs to deal with matters on time. Government issue funding but Access skills don’t have staff to complete the task or respond on time.
Worst experience.
Better to go for other providers who are good to meet deadline.

Enrolment Process
I have just enrolled on a Level 5 Leadership course. I am yet to actually start the course but Louise has made the process very easy. If I had any queries she got back to me quickly via email or phone and was very patient with me.
If the support moving forward is anything like the enrolment process then I will be very happy.

I recently completed my Level 5 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management in Adult Care with Access Skills Ltd, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, their support was exceptional.
What stood out to me was the initial assessment — I originally planned to enroll for the Level 3 program, but after a thorough review of my background and qualifications, Access Skills recommended I go straight to Level 5. This recognition of my potential gave me a great sense of confidence and motivation.
Though I wasn’t thrilled about having to take the English and Mathematics proficiency tests, the encouragement and support I received made all the difference. Deborah Wyber was fantastic in helping me prepare for the Mathematics test, and thanks to her guidance, I passed on my first attempt. Sarb Relihan supported me with English lessons, and beyond that, she shared invaluable advice on work-life balance — guidance that helped me push through a challenging period in my life.
A special mention goes to Karen Everitt, whose support was truly exceptional. She closely monitored my progress, consistently checked in with me, and helped me develop strategies to balance work, family, and studies. At one point, when I was struggling to keep up, Karen arranged back-to-back catch-up sessions and set realistic deadlines, keeping me focused and on track. Without her timely intervention, I doubt I would have completed the program as efficiently as I did.
Katherine Oglesby played a pivotal role in my journey. From the very start, she recognized my potential and went above and beyond to ensure I had the resources and support I needed. Every session with Katherine was eye-opening — she always had useful links, documents, and advice to share, helping me prepare thoroughly for each stage of the program. Her guidance leading up to my End-Point Assessment was invaluable, and I’m proud to say I passed on my first attempt.
Overall, Access Skills Ltd provided me with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to achieve my qualification — a significant step toward my goal of advancing in the care sector. Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in their learners’ success. The program, though initially daunting as I was new to care, became more manageable with the support sessions, webinars, tripartite meetings, workshops, and learner support systems.
I highly recommend Access Skills Ltd to anyone looking to grow their career in health and social care. Thank you to the entire team for being such a crucial part of my professional journey!
