Hidden fees and rude staff! I was scammed into reserving a storage space at acre lane and had to pay massive hidden charges when checking in. The staff member was very rude and hostile.

The company contacted me on a Sunday afternoon (outside of our normal business hours) chasing payment of a small balance which had not been collected by their direct debit system. I had already been in contact with the company during the previous week and confirmed that our paperwork was in order.
