I like that there is a maned office everyday . This helps anyone going in alone feel very secure.
it makes the whole experience more personal and that the customer is not just a number on a storage unit door...
I would recommend Access at Reading and feel my belongings are safe.

Luke at the Portman Road location
Luke at the Portman Road location in Reading made this whole experience so easy. What size unit I was previously advised by another storage company turned out to be incorrect but Luke whilst I wasn’t able to be there to do the handover from the removal company, Luke took control of it for me and advised what unit would be the correct size and organise this all with me being 250 miles away and him being on site to deal with this. He organised the transition and the paperwork seamlessly. Luke made was an already a very difficult move for me, a positive experience. Thank you
