The biggest problem is access out of hours
Staff is helpful. It is very easy to navigate as long as you know how and when to use the codes.
The only issue is that access out of hours should be available to all or they should let customers know the exact reason why some of us can access or not. Access out of hours should not be up to the regional manager to decide according to his mood. If Ts & Cs apply, then you have to list them in the website so that the customers are not being mislead to believe they can have access if requested. Imagine someone paying the same as I do, having that privilege and I am restricted for no apparent reason. It is not fair. You need to fix that.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, unrestricted 24 hour access is not available to all customers. Exceptions can be granted on an individual basis, subject to approval, and are carefully managed to ensure the safety and security of all customers and their belongings.
In your case, the store team explained in advance that approval was unlikely due to the size of the unit, but they still submitted a request on your behalf to explore every possibility. Unfortunately, this exception was not granted. These decisions are never made arbitrarily and are based solely on maintaining a secure environment for everyone on site.
We appreciate your feedback regarding transparency and will continue to ensure these policies are clearly communicated. If your access needs change in the future, our team will be happy to review the available options with you.

Does the job
Storage facility is fine and does the job however there are a number of lights that don’t work meaning our lock up is in darkness which makes it difficult.
The restricted hours also means it’s often busy so you have to wait for the lift and navigating around other people can be difficult with large items.

Good value for money in good location.
Had storage unit at Sutton for 6 years and only had a few problems due to change of payment card but onsite staff were very helpful to resolve the issue. Changed up from a 21□foot unit to a 50□ft unit and process was very easy. Only issue was the cleanliness of building & some rude renters.
