Impressive service.
I was moving stuff from one storage unit to Access Storage in West Croydon. I only had the one day to do that and on top of that I was running late. Amy was amazing, courteous and very patient. Lee and Amy were so helpful when I booked a storage unit with Access, their knowledge of what unit size i would require was great. Very nice and friendly which helps aswell.

Storage on our doorstep
We sorted out our storage issue within minutes after popping into the West Norwood office on the off chance last Sunday. By Monday lunch time we were moving stuff into lit unit A the finance and insurance took few minutes to complete and getting 50% off the first 3 months rental was even more reason to choose Access .The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s five minutes from home. Perfect

I Rented a 100 Square Fit Storage Room
I Rented a 100 Square Fit Storage Room. I Also Took Some Necessary Luggage Home. And I Had to Reduce the Space Needed by Half. I Spoke with the Manager on 08/15/2025 And on 08/22/2025 I Arrived at 9:30am I Went to the Office. They Showed Me a 50 Square Fit Storage Room. And After Two Hours I Moved My Things and Left the Location! I Had a Pleasant Experience! The Lady at the Office Solved My Case in a Few Minutes. I Appreciate the Prompt Help I Was Served With! Rodent infestation - beware!
Items in my storage unit have been damaged by mice and I know this because there was a shocking amount of mouse droppings in and on the boxes and bags in the space.
When paying a fairly exorbitant fee for storage (considering the restrictive 9am-5pm access hours) I would expect better than to my property easily accessible to a rodent infestation.

Terrible customer service
My experience has been terrible. They constantly want you to take out their insurance even if your have your own cover. Every year have had to battle them on this. Really poor customer service.
