Unfortunately, our experience with Acclaim Logistic has been extremely negative. Their customer service is very poor – communication is difficult and responses to issues are slow and unhelpful.
The biggest problem is their lack of responsibility for damaged goods during transport. Over the past several years we have had multiple situations where our goods were damaged while being transported by them. Despite submitting formal claims and following their procedures, we have never received any compensation for the damaged goods.
What made the situation even worse is that after we submitted a formal complaint regarding this issue, our account was blocked, even though we had no outstanding payments and had always paid our invoices on time.
This level of customer service and treatment of clients is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with this company.

Was promised delivery on Thursday, was told 3-5pm but did not arrive. No courtesy call to explain why. Called Friday morning to be bluntly told that it's because of roadworks, no apology. Promised delivery will be 12-3. Again they have not arrived and still no answers as to why and where my delivery is and no apology. Waited in 2 whole days and paid £126 for the pleasure.

If I could have given no stars I would.
Absolutely AVOID this company.
I have been given false promises by multiple members of staff regarding deliveries. In the end I had to go and collect my goods from their depot, paving slabs, just so my project could move forward. I am still waiting for the remainder to be delivered, the full delivery was promised for yesterday.
Their staff are rude, particularly Bruce, who when I was collecting my goods and expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and questioned when the rest of my goods would be delivered shouted aggressively, ‘if you don’t like it, you won’t get it’
I have been promised call backs from the depot manager which don’t happen and promised deliveries and timescales which don’t materialise.
In business you are only as good as your word and the way you treat your customers and this company fails miserably on both fronts.

I've been receiving my stock through Acclaim Logistics Limited for a while now, and I can confidently say they’ve been nothing but excellent. Their team is always helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They handle my goods with care and are very reasonable in their processes and pricing.

What really stands out is their willingness to go the extra mile when needed, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients. I truly appreciate the support and service they provide and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable warehousing partner.

Acclaim always go above and beyond to help our business. We very rarely experience problems, and when we do, their customer services is on the ball and sorts it out quickly.

I dealt with Chris and Keith in Southampton and Lisa on the Isle of Wight. All were extremely helpful on the 'phone and responded to emails almost immediately. My pallet was delivered to the Southampton depot on Friday morning, was at the ferry port to the Isle of Wight on Friday evening and with me on Monday morning. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend this service.

Amazing friendly service, communication and speedy delivery...

I’ve dealt with three guys (Keith, Rob and Hayden) both on the phone and by email, about a delivery to their depot at Southampton and for them to ship the items to me on the Isle of Wight.
There was a problem with the items I’d bought being delivered (by a different and less efficient courier company) to the Acclaim depot in Southampton.
The guys at Acclaim have all been extremely helpful and quick to respond. I feel totally reassured that they will handle the delivery to me on the IOW smoothly and efficiently.
Oh, I forgot to mention that they actually answer their phones and you get to speak to an actual real, live person! How refreshing!
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Acclaim Logistics again.
