Horrible! They ask you for all of your information and when you ask for the requirements they tell you lies just so they can get your information. They “fake” approve you and then all of a sudden don’t approve you and make up lies. We make more than 60k a month and they suddenly refused us for a small starter loan. What a joke ! We got other loans offers with no issues and we”ll definitely NOT be recommended them. We really had high hopes for them.

I got hooked by other lending companies where I applied for a loan to purchase our house. I only jumped in because it seemed I didn't have the choice and I had so much pressure then. Anyway, I don't want to focus on that unpleasant part of my life because the good news is, I got a refi approved by Accountable Capital. They saved me a lot of money. I got it in no time!
