This is just my experience with Accountwarehouse, I am not claiming they are a scam or anything, they could just improve their business practice.

Firstly, after near enough three years on the dot my account was recovered. Luckily they got the account back for me, they claimed the original owner accidently recovered it.

I am so glad I was able to get the account back because if I could not get it back then I would only get a 25% refund.

I then submitted a quote to sell the account because I did not want to risk this happening again. I got the quote, provided my account information and within 72 hours I received my money. (Please don't say payment will be provided within 24 hours if it's not a guarantee)

The problem is where I received it. I was offered Skrill or Store Credit. I had to create a Skrill account. Using Skrill in my country the only withdraw option without a 7.5% fee was crypto (2% fee). I withdrew the money to Coinbase and after all the fees I got 15% less than the Accountwarehouse quote.

Please review your lifetime warranty insurance. Extend the 100% refund to at least a year.

Please also provide more options if the payment cannot be sent to the original payment method. E.g. Paypal or Bank Transfer. You guys should be paying the fees.

user friendly and respectful! After my horrible experience with acckings, this site has restored my faith. The staff were friendlier and much more helpful and the process was much more streamlined. I followed all their instructions and funds were transfered no problem at all just make sure you follow every instruction exactly and you should be ok my experience may differ from yours how ever always remember that but personally had no issues at all

Scam, avoid.

Sales proces is okay at most, but after that it is horrible. Like a few other reviews here, they will contact you after a while with the story they lost the account.

So 1,5 years after the sale they contacted me, threatening right away with collections and legal actions, let people call you with fake police tapes, let people facetime you. They are some shady bunch of people trying to make money out of everything. Selfish and only thinking about themselves and their money. Customer service, not existing. Service at all, no.

If you think about selling or buying something here, think twice. Look at all the 1 star reviews here and take that into account. If you prefer the worst service ever, threatening mails and calls, this is the place for you because that is exactly what they are good at.

If you are looking for a reliable company, stay away, every other option is better than accountwarehouse. That is for sure.

Account Recovered.

Did buy an account from them. Wich came with a Yandex mail. Changed all the info on every place i could find. Still the account got recovered. How? Within Yandex there's a function to forward mail. They did forward all mail to: logs123'At'accountwarehouse.com

i can't really recommend buying anything here, but if you do with a Yandex mail... check within Mail -> Settings -> Incoming mail filters

Highly recommend these guys, because they take the time to help with the process of selling your account.

I still have this account in my possession that I purchased from this site, upon further back and forth with the company and the original seller of the account I regained access. For now I'll give it one more star. I've also been locked out of my account on one other separate occasion, again prompting me to email AccountWarehouse and have them contact the email account/original owner... At this point, I'd like to buy the email account and be done with it. Buyers keep in mind.

Terrible!!! I purchased an account December 16th 2021. I kept the assigned email they provided me with and someone started requesting password reset requests. Now my account is locked with all my wealth I had transferred over to it as of December 27th 2021.

Email communication after opening up a ticket has been shoddy at best... They claim to reply from the last sent email within 24 hours.... Well it's now been well over that 24 hour mark. Bad business practice....

Will update when they get back to me.

Update 01/06/21
After a whopping 32 messages back and forth and 15 days later I finally have the account back in my possession. I guess the games developer flagged the account as stolen or hijacked so they locked the account. They had reverted the registered email to the original email used and accountwarehouse had to coordinate with the accounts original owner to reset the password. I lost out on a ton of paid membership time and valuable assets I was in the middle of merchanting went down the toilets (my profits).

Legit website you are good to go if you want to sell or buy any game account

Very quick with responses and quotes. Sold an account to them for the second time without any issues. Would recommend!

Account has now been restored back to me.
