Various faults and extremely poor quality, despite high price
Rats nest of wires at back, loose clock module, misaligned hole for chime speaker, misaligned dial so hands show wrong time, imperfections in case, and a strange residue stuck to case.

Model: 71893X ....Absolutely useless outside the UK. I'm not in the UK, and really couldn't care about the time in the UK.
There is no method to disable the RCC, so it continually changes back to UK time.
Useless
Great customer service. After purchasing an alarm clock that was not what we would have wanted, I contacted their customer service. Hayley responded realy quickly and arranged for me to return and then receive the one which suited us better.
Many thanks for smoothing me through this process
I purchased a wall clock from Acctim via lascelles of London. It arrived promptly but the face (which was, as I knew it would be, a copy of on original printed on to paper) had a bubble where the paper was not stuck down properly. I contacted the firm, got an email reply within 24 hours and they dispatched a new clock for me (which is fine) within the next 2 days without asking for the other to be sent back. Excellent customer service.
I bought this small alarm clock, on the box it says designed in England, but it's a cheap clock made in China. It says time signal from the UK's atomic clock, but it never picks up the time signal. It's all made up of lies.
It did not even give a tiny instruction leaflet to save them money, so how can the customer know how to use it, but the price is not that cheap, they are a scam company to take your money
Have wanted to buy a UK made product, I found this company which promotes itself as beoing based in Newport Pagnall and is "Proud to be a British Company". On purchasing a digital alarm clock, with a box proudly festooned with part of a Union Jack, there in small print on the box is "Made in China". Very disappointing. Also it wouldn't take too much off your bottom line margin to have a set of instructions included in the box.
(Edited for spelling)
I purchased three Acctim Yarnton 76086 pendulum wall clocks and not one of them picked up the time signal, despite waiting some considerable time. The pendulums worked but not the important thing, the radio controlled time.
They were cheap clocks, three for under a hundred pounds, and plastic. When I then bought Seiko which were much more expensive the time signal was picked up immediately with no hassle so it seems once again you get what you pay for.
Great clocks but don't respond to emails with a specific query relating to a digital clock.
