I purchased 19k records of Automobile dealers and Spare/Service centers from AccuDB. 93% of the contacts were accurate and my sales team managed to cash-down multiple deals from their database. I like their services as they ensure they deliver quality over quantity and who wouldn’t want to purchase email list that is verified. I got back my ROI with 3x from their list. There were multiple hard bounces, gladly Royston was at my disposal to get things sorted out for us and have a smooth flowing business. Coming back to you guys is 2020 again. The list provided was garbage. That`s why they only accept checks or wire transfers. Never intended to provide the actual product.

Avoid these people.

I contacted AccuDB in April of 2018. Originally speaking with Brian Taylor. I requested the contact info for commercial property managers in the Northern California area. I was quoted $1,000 for about 2200 contacts. After paying the fee, I received my first list on contacts. Unfortunately this list not only failed to capture any of the 15 largest most commonly known property management companies in the bay area, but the list I was provided contained names of property management companies in cities that I did not recognize. When I googled these cities, google confirmed they don’t exist in the state of California. When I complained to Brian Taylor and Royston Vernon (allegedly their CFO), I was told they would look into these issues and I was asked to email them 5 property management companies that are in my area. They said if they could not fix it I would get a refund. I immediately provided them names of companies that literally have dozens of property managers. The second list I received still did not have any of top 15 property management companies nor any of the 5 companies I provided. I would have assumed they would at least capture a few of them. When I dug deeper into the list, they gave me residential property management companies, porta potty companies and equipment rental companies. The product provided was unprofessional to say the least. When I reached out to Royston and Brian Taylor again asking for my refund, they wont return any of my emails or phone calls. I received an email from Rachel Jones stating they would have a third list to me by Friday July 20the and if they could not deliver she would provide a refund. Today is July 25th, no list was provided. Still no refund. All of the above information is thoroughly documented in emails. I have been a business owner for 23 years. Its very disheartening when I come across people who choose to conduct business this way. 3 months of my time and $1,000 wasted.

We are a small business and invested in a mailing list through Accudb. Should have trusted my gut and not sent the money. They ripped us off and you need to beware. The list your going to get will not be verified ...we had 86% of all emails provided hard bounced ( noones there) so unless you have money to waste I would rethink using Accudb.
