Mortgage
Working with Dylan (and his wife) to gain pre-qualification for a mortgage was simply a pleasure. I was a first time homeowner and was stepping into the process completely blind and had very little confidence that I would even qualify for a mortgage. However, Dylan proved me wrong and was able to clear up that anxiety. I am now a first time homeowner in a beautiful home. He was able to keep the process simple as he continually reached out to me to give me updates and what kind of information I needed for my application. At the day of closing, everything went smooth and 20 minutes later, I was walking out of the office with house keys in my hand!
