After two discouraging years dealing with banks, we spoke to Amber Smith at the Smyrna TN office and got more information on exactly how to improve our situation than the bank seemed willing to share. We only spent three months of hard work following her advice and were pre-approved to finally start looking for a home. Less than two and a half months after that, we closed on our house. Amber helped us through the confusing parts of financing and made sure we were on the right track. If anything went wrong, she communicated immediately and we got it fixed fast. It took 7 weeks to do a refinance
It took 7 weeks to do a refinance, it was horrible we where being helped by Brad Owens and Terri Ogles and they did nothing but give us the run around. I had to call a Manager Steven Kenney Which stepped in and resolved everything in a couple of days! There is over 200 emails between the 2 I’m which included request for a manager to call me which never happened until I made the call!! I could never get a straight answer from them and we passed He first closing date because they would not do their job.. I do hope that these 2 are no longer with the company and I also hope that Steven Kenney is acknowledged for his ability to step in and get things done!
