I believe that Michelle and Amber went far above and beyond the call of duty. They seemed to have an answer for every little hick up and as far as being friendly and professional very pleasant to do business with. They also took great strides to make sure that I was tended to informed and was very pleased with their performance. I am a real estate agent. I worked with Karen Vickers on my most recent transaction. She was the buyer’s lender and I represented the seller. From day 1 Karen was in constant communication with me about every milestone of her client’s loan process. The buyer had FHA THDA financing. We went under contract on 9/28 set to close on 10/30. I called Accurate Mortgage not sure if they would be able to help me refinance on my condo as my existing mortgage holder stated they would not be able to accommodate my request. I spoke with Mary Littleton at Accurate Mortgage who took the time to see if a refinance was possible. She provided me with all my options and assisted me through the entire process. I always felt at ease and knew where I was in the process. Anytime things changed or advanced in the process there was communication that I understood. I felt very much that I understood what was going on due to their knowledge and high level of communication. Their follow up on any of my questions was always handled with respect and due diligence.

I have used Accurate (Zach) for my last two mortgages and it went great! The gov't makes the process a nightmare, but they stay on top of it so well it made it seamless for me. Great trustworthy people there and I highly recommend them, and feel confident to do so because I have done so to several co-workers and all have been highly satisfied too.

Linda was a great person to work with, everything went pretty smooth. But, you need to get someone else to do the appraisal. So much errors and it took them 3 weeks.
