I ordered a MaxAmp 20 with a jackconnector solded to the amplifier. Unfortunately the amplifier i got was without the jackconnector. I wrote to AccuSafe, and the day after they shipped a new Maxamp with jack connector. I could keep the first they send for another projcet, without cost. Fantastic support!
After placing an order, I was contacted by AccuSafe customer service. They told me that some of the components I had ordered would not fit together properly. They offered to ship the correct components to me, free of charge. I had everything I needed within a weeks time.
Bought maxamp20 along with some lesser items, but cancelled my order next day pretty late by email. Right away a guy called me and asked if I was sure, then he ran out and stopped the mailguy. Great service 5/5. Will certainly use them in the future.

Received a faulty voltmeter, in response they immediately sent a new one.
When i hadn't received the replacement for some time, i wrote to ask if they knew where it was in the process.
In response to that, they said they would sent i new one. When i wrote them to wait, they had already sent it.
