Ace Golf Balls Reviews 

I purchased Pearl/Grade A balls ( Titleist Velocity and Srixon AD333). They were delivered quickly - I ordered on Thursday and they were delivered on the Monday. The quality of them is excellent. Many of the balls look brand new. Only a couple have some " identification marks " written on them but none of them have any scuffs. I was recommended Ace Golf Balls by a friend and I would 100% recommend them. Even my husband is going to change to them as they are such great value compared to the company which he uses currently.

The golf balls are always as described. The Pearl grade are excellent value and look like new balls.
Only draw back is delivery by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service is unreliable and never within 48 hours.

Golf balls arrived promptly and were in very good condition.

Normally an excellent provider of golf balls, having bought several lots over the last few years however, on this occasion, there were at least ten balls that were Grade B within the 48 purchased.

Fast delivery and the quality of the balls was far better than I expected.
I’ve had grade A balls before where some look a bit rough and was fully expecting to have a few balls in this batch the same but nearly all the balls look brand new apart from 2 or 3 of that have very minor marks on that don’t affect the ball at all!
Will defiantly be using again in the future

Out of 24 balls I got 10 that were pearl 13 that were a and one that went straight in the bin.
Need to learn what constitutes a pearl quality ball.

Ordered 'A / pearl grade' balls, what I actually received was laughable. Balls scuffed, discoloured and one even had a thorn stuck in it. Unfortunately, Trust Pilot do not allow me to upload pictures otherwise I would display evidence of the product I received.

I contacted ace golf balls to request either replacement golf balls or a full refund. I was contacted by Simon, who asked me to return the golf balls.

The next day I posted them back to the address he requested. 10 days later I still had not received a refund or any further communication from ace golf balls.

After leaving numerous emails, voicemails and unanswered phone calls I finally managed to get hold of Simon at ace golf balls over the phone (who only opened the emails I'd sent 2 weeks prior whilst I was on the line with him). He is now adamant he has not received the returned balls, despite my evidence that the parcel was delivered 3 weeks ago and signed for by the recipient.

I have raised this with Royal Mail but because it is now over 3 weeks they say they cannot investigate the issue. This could've been avoided had he responded to my efforts to contact him within a reasonable time frame. Yet I've had to constantly chase him.

So, over a month since I placed my original order I have not received any golf balls that matched the product description and I am now £40 out of pocket too. Ace golf balls ignorant customer service and quality of product is not up to scratch and I'd strongly advise you do business with another retailer.

EDIT: Ace golf balls say they have still not been able to locate the returned balls. However, in light of the situation, they offered to 'absorb the cost of the loss' and agree to refund me in full - which I have now received. I'm glad this issue can now finally be put to bed.

Not sure why these guys haven’t had any reviews before but I was very impressed. Ordered 48 pearl balls on Monday and they turned up on Thursday with free delivery. All balls were good quality as described and great prices.
