Got overcharged, complaints ignored by management and director
Booked 2 games online but the system didn't apply the 2-game discount, when I asked about this when we got there the duty manager told me I was trying to "cheat the system" (even though the system had overcharged me!?). After complaining, he eventually gave me a credit note, but refused to refund the difference. I complained afterwards and received no response, then I complained to one of the directors, also put it in writing, and again got no response. So zero for customer service, won't be coming again.
