Fantastic removal company!! All the guys were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends. They worked quickly and carefully and listened to our instructions on where to put items at the new house. Brilliant 🤩

Was booked in for 1-2.30pm the 3 men turned up earlier which was a bonus, the men worked really hard moving all my things from my old flat to my new house. They couldn't be any more helpful if they tried even putting up with my 5 year daughter telling them what to do and where to go.
The men went out of their way to make sure everything was where we wanted it.

Ace removals were brilliant moving us to our new home, very efficient and helpful service, couldn't have wished for a better service. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and professional.would highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this removalist company. They sent inexperienced staff who needed constant direction on how to move my belongings, making the entire process stressful and time-consuming.

Firstly, they quoted me for a smaller truck, which ended up being too small for all my items. This forced me to pay twice for the delivery, which felt like a deliberate tactic to overcharge.

Secondly, they refused to take my coffee table, claiming it had a glass top and there was no room in the truck. This was a blatant lie, as there was clearly enough space. Their excuse was that the coffee table could damage their truck, which was ridiculous and unfounded.

To top it off, their customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called to address these issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Guys showed up to move us out of a 2 bedroom apartment. They were lifting a box between 2 of them and subsequently took 13 hours to actually move our stuff. I ended up having to help them for about 5 hours as they were incapable of doing it. They also left items in the house we were moving from as they were worried they would break them so I had to hire a van the next day to move the remaining items. A lot of our stuff they moved was damaged anyway and they have not refunded my deposit.
Do not accept their "estimated time" as this is clearly not very well estimated and they can drag it out as long as they want. Stick with fixed price.

The worst movers you will ever find. First, these guys arrived 2 hours late from the said time frame given. Then of course they weren’t able to finish the job and had to come back on a Monday, lo and behold, the time came and these guys didn’t show up! Yes thats how badly they do business! Stay away! Save yourself agony!

Well what can I say about our experience apart from perfect. From arriving to load our furniture until unloading in 2 different addresses Seamus and his team were professional,curtious and on time.Would definitely recommend.

Moved us across Rushden the week before last. They did a great job and I don’t know how we would have managed without them. Dale and his team are friendly and professional, going over and above to make things as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Cannot recommend this removal company enough! Prompt response after requesting an online quote, no hidden fees etc. The 2 removal men which were assigned to help move my elderly parents form Cirencester to Swindon, could not of been more polite, professional and helpful ( nothing was too much trouble), I have to commend them. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless, I can't thank them enough, brilliant service from start to finish.

We use Ace to move our office equipment and to move archive material. Most recently they moved the equipment we needed for our hospitality tent at Badminton Horse Trials.

I just wanted to say thanks so much to the Ace Removals team who helped me to move and transport many boxes and furniture from one large office space to 4 different locations. It wasn’t an easy job and Sandy & Michael worked brilliantly together, handling many delicate items and packing the van up securely so that nothing was broken or damaged.

I would highly recommend Ace Removals services, they were very competitively priced, they communicated well throughout their time with me and were totally dedication to the job.

I would recommend Ace Removals as I recently required furniture relocation services and I received friendly communication from the very start, whilst a clear understanding of how much the service will be without any hidden extra charges.

I required some delicate oak furniture to be carefully transported to another home which was just over an hour away This turned out to be a bit more complicated than I thought, but the guys were very professional as well as experienced on moving expensive furniture without causing any damage.

The whole team made me feel confident that I would get a quality service and I did.
