Shipping prices are really ridiculous...

I have been using this company for years and was generally happy with the service. I started doing drop shipping a year ago and paid a membership fee of £600, I do drop shipping with other suppliers and none of them charge a membership fee. A large percentage of the money I paid was for postage. Their shipping charges are ridiculous. They charge £8.50 to ship a bag, purse and scarf. If you buy 2 purses it costs £4.25 to ship, if you buy 2 scarves (much lighter in weight) it costs the same, it makes no sense, I can’t charge my customers this amount because I know it costs £3.05 via Royal Mail. I asked them to ship my orders via Royal Mail which they used to do but was told NO MORE ROYAL MAIL. They used to charge £8.50 for wholesale orders, now they charge £12.50. I use multiple suppliers and Acess is the most expensive for shipping by far! They need to re-evaluate their shipping costs and use the method thar will be cheapest for the customer, not the method that is convenient for them. They will eventually lose customers. There’s many drop shippers across the UK who charge much less. I recommend trying those if you’re trying to make money:

Stay away from them

Stay away from them. No working phone number. I placed order and left a note not to send random colour or designe and to let me know first if anything is sold out before posting. They posted the order and then after that i got an email that 6 desinges i will not receive because they are sold out!!! I paid over the 10£ delivery and i will not receive half of the order! When i tried to contact i could only send message via WhatsApp. The replay was " you will receive the refund for the missing items anyway " !!!! What a service ! The only thing they do is making a website to take mony thats all! They don't have any service at all just extremely redicluse
