The trip to EBC was amazing! The whole experience from Kathmandu, the cultural sites, the scenery, mountains and of course the actual base camp day were incredible. There were times that were difficult and cold, but it was well worth it to be able to see this wonderful part of the world. Raj, our guide, was fantastic. He was always there when you needed him, he always made sure that we had good food and drink, he would sometimes carry packs to help people up the climbs, and he shared his extensive knowledge of the area. Raj learned that it was my 60th birthday during the trek and arranged a cake and surprise celebration at the teahouse in Lobuche! He always went above and beyond expectations to make sure that we all had a great experience. The porters also were very attentive and helpful. Ace the Himalaya was fantastic. The coordination was seamless from airport pick up to drop off at the end. They made changes on the fly to create the experience that we wanted. I cannot more highly recommend them for Nepal trekking and travel.

Sunil Ghale took such great care of us - always making sure we were prepared, getting what we needed & making sure that we were being safe in terms of altitude. He’s such a fun person to hang out with & after this trek we consider him a friend! 100% recommendations requesting him for your trek!!

Arjun Lama always has a smile on his face despite carrying over 30kg of our things on the same intense 14 day trek that we did with light day bags! My wife and I had high expectations for the Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Day trip and thanks to our guide, Sunil Ghale, and our porter, Arjun Lama, it exceeded our expectations. My wife and I travel quite a bit and take many tours, we research companies thoroughly as well.

Ace the Himalayas (ACE) and specifically Sunil and Arjun could not have made this trip more perfect. Sunil shared so much history with us and ensured we were safe and well taken care of while Arjun somehow always beat us to our location where we were staying for the night to ensure we had our luggage available to us. It was one of the hardest mental and physical challenges we’ve ever had, but it was worth every second. We can’t recommend ACE and Sunil and Arjun enough!

My journey to Everest Base Camp with Ace the Himalaya was nothing short of extraordinary. From the breathtaking vistas of streams, lush valleys, and towering peaks, to the warm camaraderie of the team, to the many moments of sharing the trail with all those beautiful yaks, every moment was filled with awe and wonder.

Nimesh Nepal, our guide extraordinaire, deserves special commendation. His deep knowledge of the region, its people, and the terrain, coupled with his passion for the mountains, made every step of the trek a delightful adventure. Nimesh's guidance was not just about navigating the trails but also about immersing ourselves in the rich culture and history of the region. His stories and insights added a layer of depth to my experience that I will cherish forever.

Ace also provided an incredible team of porters – Birkaji, Padam, and Bigyan. Their strength, speed, and unwavering smiles were the backbone of our journey. Despite the challenging terrain, they carried our belongings with grace and ease, ensuring that we could focus solely on soaking in the magnificence of the Himalayas.

The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by Ace the Himalaya is truly excellent. Ace had excellent, detailed information on their website (including a superb packing list), and was direct and clear with communications from the start. On the trail, from the comfortable teahouse accommodations to the delicious meals prepared along the way, every aspect of the trek was meticulously planned and executed.

Standing at Everest Base Camp, surrounded by towering peaks and fluttering prayer flags, I felt a profound sense of accomplishment and gratitude. Thanks to the exceptional team at Ace the Himalaya, this dream of a lifetime became a reality. I wholeheartedly recommend trekking with Ace the Himalaya to anyone seeking to experience the surreal and otherworldly beauty of these unique and amazing mountains. I can't wait to book another trek with Ace the Himalaya in the future.

The EPC Trek was a life changing experience for me and I’m so grateful I did it with Pasang as my guide. He was friendly, caring, funny and supportive throughout the whole time and really made the group come together as a whole. He was incredibly patient with every person in the group, taught us a lot about the local culture and was there if you needed anything! I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. I’m super grateful for our amazing support guide Sauman who had such a great energy and enthusiasm and was just as supportive! And of course our amazing porters who trekked with us the whole way: Gopal, Gombu and Dipak! They were the best and made the trek such a unique and special experience.

Ace is a very professionally run trekking company. Like any good company it's greatest asset is its employees. The booking process and communication while planning the trip was excellent. Once we arrived in Katmandu the employees were very friendly and a joy to work with. The trek to Gokyo was fantastic and made all the easier by the support staff. Our porters Sukre and Hira took our bags in the morning with a smile and a greeting and the bags were at our accomodation every evening. Milan, our guide and Santosh, assistant guide were fantastic. Milan was informative of the route and history and told us interesting facts and stories. They both anticipated our every need and accommodated the different paces within our group. When the hike was over it felt like we were leaving family. I cannot thank them enough for making our trip so memorable.

The experience with Ace the Himalayas was really good. All the arrangements for stay were comfortable including freshly prepared food at every place. I did not make it to EBC due to altitude sickness but I was supported throughout by Ace team until my return to Lukla while rest of the team went ahead. I never felt unsafe even though I was on my own with porters for two days.. They were very helpful . Madan is a very sincere and knowledgeable guide who encouraged me a lot and at the same time suggested me to descend when he thought I would suffer more if I continued. I trusted his expertise and safely returned to Lukla . I would definitely recommend Ace the Himalayas team .

I had the life changing experience trekking with Ace the Himalayas in fall 2023. Our guides, Milan and the team, are fantastic. They are professional, take care of everyone individual needs, and explain thoroughly on what to expect on the road. The meals, supplies, and accommodations are all taken care of. Additionally the group vibe is fun and encouraging. I travelled as a solo but made lots of friends in the group. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new adventure in Mother Nature.

Incredible experience led by the equally incredible Milan from Ace The Himalaya! He made us all feel very safe the entire trip, was extremely knowledgeable of the history and terrain, and definitely worked very hard to ensure we had the best trip!

We did Everest Circuit Trek with Ace. This was our second time with them and as usual they proved themselves well above pur expectations !!

Sujan was excellent in overall communication and logistics. We had to make few last minute changes in our itinerary and Ace team showed 100% flexibility in making them happen. They provided highly knowledgeable team for the trek.

Milan was the leader of the team that Ace provided. He displayed all the leadership qualities such as resourcefulness, attentiveness, communication skills, attitude, knowledge, flexibility, discipline, decision making, management skills etc. He ensured well being of the team during the entire period and made the trek safe and successful.

His debriefing reflected the amount of knowledge he has about the geography.

We are glad to have had the privilege to meet and work with Milan and thanks to Ace for providing us such a wonderful person who not only performed his duties beyond his abilities but provided us unforgettable trek memories.

We, a team of 9 from Melbourne Australia, did EBC GokyoRi trek spanning over about 14 days under the guidance of Milan, a tour guide from ACE Himalaya. This was our second trek with ACE Himalaya. The first one was Annapurna Base camp in 2019.

Milan and his support team was excellent, professional and the most important thing is flexible. We had to do changes based on the local conditions. Milan was always listening, giving right advice and execute it professionally. Overall it was fantastic support from ACE. I would strong recommend using ACE Himalaya for any trekking activity in Nepal. Whether you are going as a team or individually, ACE will give you excellent support, required for successful completion of trek.

I trekked to Everest Basecamp with ACE the Himalaya in October/November 2023 and loved it! The front office is very helpful in picking the right group and answering questions and the trekking itself was amazing. Our guides (Pasang, Sauman & Birkaji) were friendly, helpful and had really good advice against altitude sickness, so our whole group of 14 people made it to Basecamp.

As a woman traveling alone I felt like everyone at ACE took this into consideration. I decided after the trek to add another trip to Bhaktapur, Chitwan and Pokhara to the rest of my holiday and ACE organized this as well and for Pokhara I even had a great female sightseeing guide.

I have done the EBC 14 day trek twice with Ace and both times with Milan Adhikari as our guide and Magar Sauman as our assistant guide. Milan is a phenomenal guide with excellent knowledge of the Himalayans, great relationships with all the tea house and lodging personnel so you get the best rooms where ever we stayed as well as being 100% fluent in English. I have sent several groups to Ace and Milan and they all agree that there is no guide company better than Ace and Milan! My highest recommendation.

The Gokyo-ChoLa-EBC trail is a difficult but visually stunning landscape. The combination can be considered as EBC Pro+ version of the basic Everest Base Camp trek. It is difficult and very exhausting.

The ACE team of Guide Milan and Assistant Guide Sauman were excellent. Milan was very professional and knowledgeable about the route and gave the right advice and support to all team members. Sauman proved a very cheerful companion and lead the fast team but paced the team well with his advice of "Bistare - Bistrare"

The 5 porters - Narayan,Gopal, Mahendra, Rohit and Anil were all very enthusiastic and helped the team members when required. Especially Narayan went back to help members negotiate difficult passages many times.

The Support from ACE management was excellent. They helped arrange multiple changes to the plan at short notice. And always came back with a workable solution that our team was very happy with.

It was a once-in-a-life adventure. Made very memorable and enjoyable by the team of Milan and Sauman and all the porters.

I would highly recommend using ACE The Himalayas for any trekking plans in the region.
