No product support

They offer no repair or replacement parts for their products. So what good are they then? You lose a small screw on your mini knife sharpener or need to replace the replaceable inserts? To bad, you can't get parts. You'll have to buy a whole new unit.

THAW needs gripping

I bought three electric hand warmers from their subsidiary company “THAW”. One of the devices is defective and wont charge. I’ve used the contact email address for refunds and I’ve had no response for a month - I’ve been chasing repeatedly. I’ve had to resort to calling the sister companies for advice. I want a refund and if this continues I’ll push for compensation too given how much time it’s consuming.

They need to improve customer services in THAW.

Halo Air Bolt …died after 16 months useless !!

I have a Halo Air Bolt which is just 16 months old and has not been used a lot. But now it has died. It has gone black screen and will not take a charge. It is dead. I have tried contact the customer service email and that has been retuned not known. I checked the address and I had it right. I eventually rang the number given in the instruction manual and it went through to the Cayman islands. They did answer and said I needed to email the UK contact but that email got returned unknown. Again checked the address and I had it right. Cayman Islands did not have a phone number for the UK . I give up I have tried and tried to contact them but no joy. So this very expensive Air bolt is now a useless piece of junk. I cannot get hold of anyone to see if they can repair or replace it.
It was very good when it did work.

Alliance Consumer Group gets 5 stars…

Alliance Consumer Group gets 5 stars for outstanding customer service and product support. They provide electronics such as Car Jump-Starters, Power Banks, Wireless Fast Chargers under the Brand Halo. My product was a Bolt Flashlight 36630mWh Original Car Jump-Starting Flashlight and Portable Power Bank. The charging port got damaged and They replaced it with new one even though I didn't have a proof of purchase being that it was a gift. They took care of me and I wish to tell everyone by way of this review how good a company they are. Thanks ACG. for your outstanding service.
