I ordered ASO lace up ankle braces kind of last minute with the concern that I wasn't going to receive them in time (before taking off for a long backpacking trip). Luckily I received them 2-3 days after placing my order! And they work brilliantly (though you do have to break them in)

I entered my order online and realized it was the incorrect product. I quickly sent an email and asked to make the change. I rec'd an email response telling me no problem. You will see the difference in cost charged to my credit card. Smooth transaction even with the slight change. We rec'd the product as planned.
