I have delt with many car sales people and Alex at acorn specialist cars gave the best experience I have every had. Living far away, the deal was done over the phone and email and a great video presentation was sent to me of the car and when I made the 2.5 hour drive to collect the car was even better than expected. Pristine showroom and a really nice environment. I will 100% do business with them in the future.

Outstanding customer service
Acorn Specialist Cars is a company I have been delighted to purchase from. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was treated as a valued customer. The sales process was efficient, friendly and focused on my needs. The real quality of a car dealership is to be found in its after-sales service; this I cannot fault. Unfortunately, the prestige car I bought developed a small number of faults very soon after collection; none of which could have been foreseen. This is where Acorn stepped up to the mark. The car was collected (200+ miles) and all faults rectified. I was kept very well informed on progress; Acorn's aim was customer satisfaction; nothing was too much trouble. Only when Acorn was completely happy with my car was it delivered to me. I can only describe customer service as first-class - congratulations and thank you from a very satisfied customer!

Acorn first class
Acorn, and Alex particularly, were first class again. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done when he said it would be done. A great buying experience. This is our second car from Acorn and it’s been a total pleasure.

Toby at Acorn; a great customer experience
Toby has been great throughout, providing the regular updates he promised. Handover yesterday was smooth and well-organised and with half a tank of fuel, good to go. The only thing that stopped this being 5-stars was the lack of any support from the original finance manager who had advised that the finance would just roll over, claimed to have contacted me when he didn't and left me with worrying end of contract notices from Kia finance. Luckily, they were excellent and arranged a 12-month extension. Kia are great cars but beware of the lengthy delivery timelines against any finance plans.
