My experience with Acronis Support was truely excellent

My experience with Acronis Support was truely excellent. Fast, the problem was understood, the process was not atrificially complicated, the problem was solved although the problems was more on my side, so truely excellent support, a very rare experience nowadays.

Quick and helpful response given by… Customer Support agent

Quick and helpful response given by Customer Support. I liked the remote assistance of the agent and his remote connection to my PC in which the problem occured, This shortens the time and is more effective than emails.
It should be useful to prepare short videos showing the whole process of Backup and Recover including explanations of each item in submenus.

Lack of user accessible support for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Advanced and Acronis True Image not worth the cost

Had a subscription to Acronis Cyber Protect Home Advanced 1 Computer. Paid to have then help set up. The suggested set up was not sustainable. I can NEVER find clear help in their confusing knowledge base. Had to join their forum. Almost every issue became a "case". The techs knew their stuff but closed the cases before I was confident the solution would last. Gave up. Lately, the only time I wanted to recover a file, Acronis True Image could not complete it overnight and the regular daily backup nuked the restore. I have stopped my subscription. It was not a single incident but the continual frustration. I can't trust ratings based on reviews of single incidents.
