Unprofessional Treatment of Multi-Skilled Technical Talent
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this company. As a former employee, I was the sole lead electrical technician, handling comprehensive technical tasks that went far beyond my primary role. I managed mechanical repairs, plumbing, and most importantly, I spent years restoring and maintaining old equipment and assets that had been neglected for years.
Despite being a "multitasking technician" who saved the company significant resources and kept the operations running, I was let go in a very unprofessional manner without any appreciation for my dedication or specialized skills. This organization clearly does not value expertise or hard work. I cannot recommend this company as a workplace for any skilled professional who expects respect and job security. A very disappointing environment that ignores the backbone of its technical operations.
