why can action aid UK be allowed to go begging on streets ;yes you can stand and if anyones interested they can ask; but too be approached and basically pounced on to get a donation is not acceptable ;this took place in folkestone shopping mall late oct

The team that cover Cardiff, inclusive of St Mary’s Street, Queen Street and Saint David Centre are amongst the most obnoxious and pretentious group of people I’ve had the misfortune of meeting.

For years they have waved their false waves, smiled their false smiles and condescended thousands with their false compliments, all in the hope that you will contribute towards their wages via direct direct.

The latest incident has resulted in a complaint to both the ‘organisation’ and the security team at the shopping centre and involved a young lady literally blocking my path, expecting me to share her pretentious over-enthusiasm, then getting shirty and mouthy when I didn’t match her energy, entitled behaviour you can expect from every member of this posse of pests.

I muttered to myself, she decided to play on that and later reported me to security and call me rude. What she didn’t realise is her pretentious and invasive behaviour had been reported to security.

These people never stop and consider whose day they are stepping into with their time wasting nonsense. They never once read a situation before leaping into your path like over-caffeinated court jesters.

Some people have their own ‘stuff’ going on and aren’t in the mood for their nauseating drivel, repeatedly.

I will go out of my way to put money in a charity box, I’ll get cash from a bank but I’ll never give to these direct debit charity schemes and these people that spoil Cardiff city centre.

I really dislike this lot and cringe each time I see them. These are all people who clearly didn’t try hard enough in school if this is the best they can achieve.

Cardiff city centre is a nicer place when they are being pretentious in another town or city.

After 10 years of tax rises, increases in the cost of UK living, the scrapping of the winter fuel allowance and huge inflation pressures the vast majority of the UK want to see foreign aid cut.
I suggest she rents a house in a poor part of town and experience living of the current state pension rather than your £120,000 pa.

I have had a different experience with the charity ActionAid. I have sponsored three children since the 1980s and gone on to continue giving. I have visited projects and spoken to the people who ActionAid are working with. In my experience they achieve really necessary results in an efficient way, working with the poorest communities.

Yet another financial scam, they don’t even exist in 3rd world countries except to make the staged videos they pout out in their fake begging ads. Do your research before falling prey to these scams.
