Marianela was fantastic from the start , sent me photos and videos to see what we were buying, all arrived on time the only thing that I was surprised about was nothing came pre-drilled so there was a mountain of drilling to do before assembling it would have definitely put me off had I known that . The park is now all up and the quality is really good , I would definitely recommend .

We did send you the instructions of all items before the order was agreed as you were going to show them to your installers, and also a video explaining the instructions which is on our website too. There is also information on our website under the products (About Blue Rabbit, Building Tips and FAQs tabs) that mention that the timber is not pre-drilled.
You need to drill it as you go along, rather than at the beginning of the process. This is better than having the holes drilled because matching the holes can take longer, especially if the ground is not perfectly straight.
We try to provide as much information as possible and mention this fact in all our Blue Rabbit products.
We are glad that you like the quality of the climbing frame and hope the children enjoy it for many years!
Quality Item with Good communication from Active Garden
Lovely sturdy slide which was packaged well. This was a pre order and communication was good from Active garden who provided regular updates. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The nest swing arrived with the wrong frame. Marianela was very quick to ensure the correct frame was sent, which arrived within two days. Very very helpful, keeping me informed about the order, delivery, etc.

Great communication from Active Garden, I needed the parts to arrive fairly quickly and they did absolutely everything they could to get the order dispatched in good time. Great customer service and brilliant quality products (we brought the wave slide, bridge and climbing wall mounts).
Highly recommend, our girls haven’t stopped playing with their new play park area!
