Arriving in Weymouth for day out with my husband and dog, my mobility decided not to work. We contacted Active Mobility, explained our situation and they told us to come straight over. We had expected to hire a mobility scooter, instead, they took a look at mine and after about 15 mins, got it working!! We were so pleased and so very grateful to them. We were then able to go off and enjoy our day out with no further mobility scooter issues. Great service. Super friendly staff. Fabulous range of mobility scooters and everything you need if like me, you are disabled and/or have mobility issues. Thank you guys.

Asked to return a brand new unused wheelchair and was told No. Very unhelpful only in it for the money. Not interested in your health or circumstances. Avoid at all costs. Should have just got the £350 and threw it down the street

The non spill cup I ordered doesn’t do what it says all the hot liquid ran out. Could cause burn to skin. I’ve been asked to return it at my expense couldn’t recommend this company

Speaking to my neighbour, who is becoming less mobile due to medical reasons, he was asking did I know of any local business who could advise and supply various appliances that could help him. I immediately told him of Active Mobility, the local company I had used when my mother was having mobility issues. I told him how helpful, supportive and knowledgable the staff were. He immediately contacted Active Mobility who supplied and delivered at no extra cost several mobility aids. We would have no hesitation in recommending Active Mobility. A great service, well done!! Another satisfied customer.

Wrong and well overpriced delivery. I did not order a matrix libra wheelchair replacement cover!!! A cover I never wanted nor ordered for £85!!!

I rang for advice on choosing a wheelchair cushion for my Dad , talked to a very knowledgeable staff member who gave me good advice based on Dads needs and pointed me in the right direction without heavy sales tactics other companies tried . They helped me choose a very suitable cushion for him and talked me through it all , the item was not only good priced , but also delivery was the following week . I will definitely be a returning customer for other items . 5 stars Active Mobility and thank you !

I ordered a product in store, and the delivery was very quick in arriving. The team were friendly and helpful, and explained everything to me. They really took time out to help me find the best suited product to my needs, and showed amazing customer service skills. I took my Gran to buy a mobility scooter. She is over the moon with it and allows her the freedom to get out and about. Thank you for all your help when we were unsure of what to purchase.

I needed to order some things for my mum. Feeling overwhelmed I decided to phone the store for advice. I was instantly put at ease by the kind lady on the other end of the phone who guided me through exactly what I needed. She was so patient and I did not feel under pressure to buy anything. I love that I could buy everything I needed from one small business. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I ordered the Smart Crutches from Active Mobility and the lady was so helpful in that I got my measurements wrong so she emailed me to make sure I got the right ones and when I received them and adjusted them I was so happy thank you for going the extra mile.

My experience with active mobility on Friday 30th June 2023,was 100%,the staff are so helpful,spent alot of there time with me getting me the correct equipment to help me with my daily activities, I know my life is going to be so much easier with the aids, cheers active,will definitely return.
