Ordered on 1st June early morning and paid for express next day delivery , but it didn't come the next day.
I complained and was met with the response (did you read terms & conditions).
WELL.. when you see on the website "GET IT TOMMOROW 2ND JUNE" For £6 .. you don't feel you need to read through bloody terms and conditions.
Disgusting company AVOID

Ordered protein powder late Wednesday night, paid for express delivery and it arrived by Friday. (Received a Parcelforce text of delivery time). Overall it was an effortless experience, for a good price on the product and it doesn’t expire until Dec 2026.

I admit I was extremely nervous after seeing reviews about this website, but since I had no problems I thought it was moreso important to leave a positive review.

The biotech USA hyper mass protein tub was undamaged, and had its original plastic seal across the lid.

I ordered product Wed 12th for next delivery to get before weekend as I'm goimg away.
Never got it on time, couldn't track it and when I contacted their useless costumer service they stated that product was delivered Mon 17th(next day service) obviously not to me as I'm away
I asked for refund as it's not service which I paid for and they can't see ant wrongdoing and refused it.
Now I'm without product and £55 lighter

I order some amino acids / beta alanine from this company. I recieved the product and took it. I have been taking this supplement for a long time (not from this company) and this product did not do what it supposed to do. Misleading the public and saying an item cannot be returned if opened. How are we supposed to know if it works if we don't take it? Does this company even know what is in there products and if they work or not? I do not recommend them to anyone as you literally don't know what you are getting and neither do the company. Avoid at all costs as you will be disappointed. No refund offered, product was useless.

I ordered some creatine and protein! No confirmation. So i thought i was tripping because i see the 2 items in the basket. still with no history. So I ordered a second time. £140 in total. No confirmation again. Emailed them. Nothing back at all. I take it i been scammed. Choose somewhere els!! 0/5 star!

No idea on the product (never got it) Company service review

Poor communication, Chased the delivery/ product and was told that in order for them to redeliver I need to pay and additional £9.99 .

Please be aware you MUST be in to sign for the delivery (they will not deliver otherwise) This can be anytime between 8am and 6pm and on any day. (so if you do order you need to be home all day for the delivery - which is tricky when you don't know what day that could be....)

If you miss delivery the company will not contact you or automatically give you a refund - if you want a refund they will also charge you £9.99.

In Addition - they didn't even have the product I originally ordered - they need to update their website to reflect stock availability.

I've placed my order on 25th of september and i have an email ot was despatched on 26th. Estimated delivery until 03 october. 4 pm 3rd of october customer service told me they've emailed me there was stock shortage, which was a pure lie. Then they've sent order by 24h express courier. The worst supplement company I've dealt with. I won't order again as i've found a local one with even better prices. I wouldn't recommend it even if it's few pounds cheaper than others. Products itself are all good so no issues with it.

Always the best price, super fast delivery, often offers with freebies, and they never make a mistake.

The best nutrition site I have used by far.
